Seriously disappointed with the lack of post-sales support from G Shock. I can't think of another company with such poor support. I bought a brand new $500+tax GBDH-1000 from your website a few months back. The watch has given me nothing but problems since... Getting it to connect to my phone's Bluetooth is a daily challenge. Fitness tracking, ditto. It also routinely shows my heart rate at 220bpm. Now, one of its buttons does not work, and Casio is telling me to pay to ship it to a 3rd party service center to be looked at. They have refused to provide a shipping label. Why do I have to pay to fix a faulty product that I spent close to $600CAD on?? I own 5 G Shock watches. If this is the level of service that I can expect when I run into a problem, this will be the last CASIO product I'll ever buy. Terrible... Maybe I should have stuck with Garmin??

I just purchased my third Casio watch, a Casio WV58A-1AVCR Waveceptor Atomic Digital Watch. The 1st problem is it will not set the atomic time even when the watch is set to "ON" the icon for the atomic time lit up once for 6 hr and has never turned on again. The backlit is yellowish and dim NOT the blue displayed in the advertisement, not impressed.

Completely untrustworthy. 8 months after buying a Casio watch, it stopped working. Doesn't show any numbers, no light and no sound, so likely a power problem.  They won't respond to warranty attempts though. I tried calling to initiate a warranty, they sent me around in a circle with everyone telling me they don't do warranties for this, each giving me a new number to try.  So then I filed a Better Business Bureau report. The Better Business Bureau gave them 2 notices of the complaint, gave them more than a month to respond. THEY DID NOT RESPOND.  I also wrote to them giving them one final opportunity to respond before I litigate them for breaching the warranty. THEY DID NOT RESPOND.  So negligent, it's to the point of fraudulent.

Their customer service used to be top notch.  So much so that I would bring my watch in to be repaired, and they would fix it on the spot.  I only owned one watch as the service was so good.  Up until recently, I had to buy a second watch because I brought my watch in for repair and it took a week to get it back.  Just recently I took my watch in to get a new band replaced and it is still in for service 5 weeks later!  They went from being able to replace a watch band in 20 minutes to taking 6 weeks and counting!  I am gravely disappointed in the service I am getting.  On top of all of this, the service department never answers their phone or returns my calls when I leave a message, and answers the odd email I send them.  My initial e-mail for an RMA is still unanswered.  They can't even give me a time line as to when i will get my watch back.  I am really upset and completely disgusted as to the how bad the service is now, compared to what it was.  My G-Shock is a kickass watch I love it, but their customer service has gone down the toilet.

Awesome staff. They have a variety of watches from basic to athletic to sophisticated. Very helpful staff. I believe that this location is the company's head office.

Repair and Maintenance for G-Shock is overpriced that could cost you a price of a new watch

Worst repair centre, they are trying to fix my edifice for about a year every time, they screw up something new, and until now they have it and they just saying it is still in repair, do not know when it will be ready, completely fed up with casio
