It's a good place to get your hardware items and tools in a pinch. The staff are really responsive. Very kind and very helpful. They explain things well and help you find what you need. Pricing is a tad bit high. So if you aren't buying in bulk then it's a place I'd recommend. Keep up the good work guys.

This place is AWESOME! Out of all the home hardware places I have shopped and been to, this is by the far the MOST friendly and helpful one! The staff is very courteous and also knowledgeable, but above all VERY friendly. I recommend this as the FIRST stop before going anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend!

This place has a really nice staff and for the most part, everything you would need. It also helps that they have a great sense of humour as you can see from their sign messages.

This place is like the TARDIS, in that you would swear it's bigger on the inside. For such a small store, they certainly pack it full of stuff and there are always multiple pleasant and friendly staff members on hand to greet me when I enter. Any the staff are immediately able to take me to find the exact products I am looking for. Even during the big snowstorm yesterday when most other businesses were closed, they were full of staff. I have been here many times during my renovation process and every experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They are not as cheap as some of the big box stores, but I would rather pay an extra dollar or two here than spend 10 minutes trying to locate a frazzled and overworked staff member at a big box place. I'm so glad to have this gem of a store in my neighbourhood.

Had 6 keys cut here it was a busy day there for key cutting. 3 keys 2 copies of each. 4 of the 6 were their blanks but 2 were ones I purchased with a transponder chip for my car I pad $25 purchasing them online. I tried the 2 car keys right away as I had the car there. I was told it would be $1/ key to cut my blanks and there was nothing they could do if they didn't work. Well they didn't work. Under closer scrutiny of the keys all 6 keys were cut significantly deeper than the original keys. I went back in and told them tat all 6 keys were cut too deep and that i hoped the rest worked. I pointed this out as someone els came in with the same problem. Keys cut too deep. The rest of the keys worked. I have had good luck with them cutting a key for me that was shorter then the blanks they carry but after this i wii not get another key cut there again.

Great community hardware shop. If you call Aldergrove home, try heading over here for your hardware needs and advice from the very knowledgeable staff. Real good prices too ! Better than even Amazon on most things. They helped talk me through ceiling mounting my HD projector, and it came out quite nicely

This small hardware store is perfect for pool supplies and its employees are very helpful.
