I've been shopping here since forever, always great and knowledgeable service from Fabian, and now from his whole team. The sales staff takes their time to get you the right part/gear, without trying to oversell, and the techs I've dealt with have been competent and efficient. They're even patient with my silly questions and ancient/obscure bike parts : Lovely shop all round, highly recommended.

Hands down, best bike shop in the lower mainland. Tech are passionate about their craft. Sales reps are all riders themselves so not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are able to recommend based on their experiences. Got my new Santa Cruz here. Only bike shop I'll be going to moving forward.

Awesome bike shop! This is my favourite MTB bike shop in the lower mainland. Love how they have an extensive inventory of parts, accessories, gear, and bikes. Had a fantastic experience with the folks at kinetic. Bought a bike and some gear from them and they were friendly and professional the whole time. The shop is clean, well stocked, and the folks working there know what they're talking about. No aggressive upselling, and got great recommendations for my entry-level questions. Have since taken my bike back to them for it's initial service and had another great experience. The service was quick, and they addressed issues I hadn't even noticed. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new bike or a new LBS.

Great people at the shop with great service team to answer all my questions. Everyone is so passionate about bikes and components and very patient in listening to my questions and concerns. Best experience I had from a bike store. The store is a bit far away from where I live but I’m always happy to return for bike service and get things I need at the same time.

I’ve bought several bikes at Kinetik over the years. From kids bikes to a bike for myself. The staff are all very knowledgeable and prices are good. The store has a lot of bikes and parts inventory which is nice. They always have what I need. 2023 Update: Another new Knolly. This time a custom build. The staff and mechanics were great. They called me every time they had a question about my preferences and got the bike perfectly the way I wanted it.

Great people, quick online service, wonderful shop. I'd ordered something online and had it the next day. Bad news is I had ordered the wrong thing. No problem, they patiently help me figure it out and got me what I needed. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Very happy with the experience of buying my first full suspension MTB at Kinetik. Kayden and Dan were friendly and accommodating, and made some helpful recommendations for PPE and accessories, as well as nearby trails to check out for a relative beginner. I felt well taken care of as a new customer and will definitely be back next time I need something bike-related.
