I called Rack Attack Coquitlam to inquire about a certain roof rack. I spoke to Edward and he was fast, efficient and very helpful. Great service all around!

I had purchased a Thule roof rack for my Toyota Camry over 2 years ago (I am an extreme procrastinator) and when I finally tried to assemble it, I couldn't figure it out.  I returned to Rack Attack (without any receipt) and was still helped immediately by the salesperson to solve my problem. Kudos to the Rack Attack employee! Thanks.
