Beyond impressed and satisfied with our experience! Boston Pizza welcomed a U7 hockey team with open arms! The waiters were amazing, patient and got all the orders right! The food was amazing with thirty people In our group! Thank you so much Jake, Ishu and Tony!! We will be back! Kid-friendliness: We had a U7 hockey team in and the kids were full of energy as you can imagine! Everyone was kind patient and made us feel so welcome! A great spot for a group, especially groups of kids!
This was a casual Friday night stop and enjoyed the experience. Didn’t try the pizza, but enjoyed the calamari, despite them not having a non-creamy dip. Good and quick service and our server was great and attentive. Great place to take the kids if you are looking for something affordable.

Food was good and overall service wasn’t bad at all either. Certainly a good place to visit and worth trying if you haven’t already.
Baked Bacon Penne was tasty and was piping hot when it was brought to the table... almost too hot as I burnt the roof of my mouth. Lol My initial greeting was friendly and polite. Service was okay but more attention needs to be made to handling items. When I asked for a straw, it was placed directly on the table after being handled by the waitress with her bare hands. Other than that, the restaurant was clean and quiet for lunch.
Came here last week with my family celebrating my mom birthday out of town. An wonderful experience with them, from getting our table to bill. Even though we forgot to tell them my mom's birthday til the end they were about to go above and beyond and pack the dessert for my mom to eat in the car since we had to rush and go. They were so kind to us. Highly recommend people to try this location out! Excellent customer service! P.s Hope the baby boy be as wonderful and strong like his Mother!
Quality is pretty consistent, and when not done to order they are always quick to remake. Service can be slow sometimes but that is a problem industry wide, currently. I often order nachos here, better than most restaurants and bars. I can honestly say that they never get it wrong, the pic on my post is of an order I picked up this past weekend, it looks very similar to the online Boston Pizza takeout menu of the nachos!
Server was great....manager, not so much. Wife and I went to BP to celebrate her return to work after her recovery from medical procedures. We talked about all our options in Orangeville, and decided to go to BP for dinner.....BIG mistake..... She ordered robs and I ordered some pasta...... the ribs where dry.... they actually tasted like pork shops and not good ones at that, the pasta tasted like each part was made separatelly and then just mixed at the plate. The pasta was edible.... edible as pasta and Hotdogs, you can eat it, but not what you expect at a restaurant. This will be the last time I will ever go to this restaurant.
I ordered a double order of fried chicken wings with sauce on the side and an order of spinach & artichoke dip. The wings were beyond burnt, honey garlic sauce tastes like just honey, the spinach and artichoke dip was inedible due to sitting in the take out container for so long, and the pita bread that comes with it had more garlic the garlic bread. The delivery service took over an hour and the total was $50.00 plus a tip for the driver. Waste of money and time.
