Pizza Pizza

This has officially become the worst pizza we've tried in Orangeville. Every piece was about 1/3 crust or more - note 1 out of 3 pieces looks like a proper piece of pizza - but even then it lacked cheese and toppings, had VERY little toppings and was just generally a big dough round pretending to be pizza. Very disappointed since we used to LOVE pizza pizza at our old place.

Came in for the walk-in special. Large pepperoni pizza for myself and my daughter! Lots of parking behind the building and friendly staff! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and eaten in about the same time. Lol

I don’t know why I continue to order from here! There are always mistakes, missing toppings etc. I just placed an order tonight for 3 XL pizzas and when it was delivered it was just ONE pizza! How do you even make that mistake? I called customer service and after a very long hold they said they would send out the missing pizzas “when they have the time”. So now I’m stuck waiting for who knows how long if ever for my missing pizzas to come while the one that is here already gets cold and my family is hungry. Also my older kids go into the store in the evening sometimes and they flat out refuse to make certain items on the menu after a certain time when there is still hours before closing. The staff is also rude.

Rude short and tempered. "To busy" to to have your order that was ordered 30 min ahead of time and you arrive at the given time to be ready and it's not even started. Then you wave hands and storm around because your busy swearing, The alternative is not be in business and no one cares you can't do it. Hire some help treat and pay them right! Lost 3 customers who came in for an order also not started to be told "30 more minutes" really? They ordered 30 min ago.. you can get dominoes in a total of 30 min and order the entire menu. They were told and refused service "Change your order" "Go somewhere else" ALSO MEN WITH LONG HAIR MUST ALSO WEAR HAIRNET AROUND FOOD. I watched you handle multiple orders while pushing hair out of your face Jan 24 1015-11pm

Whoever worked the night of march 6/2023 needs a raise. Best takeout I’ve had in years. Thank you

Ordered 45 min ago pizza not even started. Told "Go somewhere else come back later" when I said I'll have it delivered to work then, was told "I have to many orders it might be an hour.." ridiculous.. When i tried to discuss it he told me "I don't care" 1030pm Jan 24 2023Food: 1/5

I called to fix my order and they just hang up on you most disrespectful person I have ever met a**hole right there and their pizza is terrible let alone putting me on hold for 20 mins and then come back say hello and hang up. Advice do not order from here. Terrible customer service will never order from here again and advise you to go to Pizza Hut their pizza is ten times better!!!

After a long time 8 had good pizza from here! I think cook took his time to make my pizza!! perfect pizza thank you guys

I can’t speak for everyone’s experience but this is one of the most consistent locations I’ve found for pizza. I think this particular store offers great quality and they take what they do seriously. Quick thanks to each staff member I’ve dealt with to-date. I’m sitting here enjoying their pizza so much I had to leave a review in the middle of my dinner. My order is very specific - think 4-5 modifications or details per pizza. And yet, this location gets it right every time. So good. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have been ordering from here ever since but i moved in about a year ago and product USED to be great but recently the quality of the product has gone down. I ordered a few days ago nd the pizza tasted horrible, ordered again today and all the topping slide off like water cheese included, and dough is a lot thinner than before, pizza also had no structure, flimsy like a paper
