Fast service! Cashier was polite and professional! Restaurant is very clean including the restroom’s! Worth the high rating given.

Received fantastic service today from both Taz at the drive through window and Greg on the speaker. They should both be recognized for their professionalism and friendliness! The food was also perfect so great job to the cooks. Keep up the amazing work!

I pull up and ask for a second to look at menu and I’m greeted with “you at the right place?” I didn’t know I had to know exactly what I wanted before pulling up. I specifically ask for fries she repeats the order and says coleslaw I correct her she apologizes and still purposely gives me coleslaw. I could hear a male worker running his mouth the entire time. Extremely rude staff.

They were quick to take an order but told us there was a 25 minute wait on our food. I wouldn’t mind waiting but after 40 minutes they gave our food to someone else and tried apologizing with a cake. Then say only five more minutes but 15 minutes later still no food. This location is pathetic with poor management. How is KFC out of chicken?

Why is it so hard to get all the overpriced items you order when you go to the drive threw. Combo meal without napkins cookie or straw. 10 PC bucket dinner without the sides chicken only. How hard is it really ??? Sometimes I'm the only person there so it's not like your super busy. I also love the mumbling girl at the window that don't have the energy to talk or extend her hand to give you change because it takes to much energy so I have to climb half way out my window. But you guys wanted $20 a hour lol right now your not worth min wage

Was fairly disappointed when I presented a KFC coupon at the window and was told they didn't accept coupons. I didn't realize a chain restaurant had the option to deny a coupon. I'll make the longer trip next time and go to the Fremont location they accepted my coupons last week.

Coupons don't work because they're "independently owned" ...also it wasn't that good. 0 out of 5 Colonel 'No Coupons"!

The $5 famous fill up bowl was indeed filled thank you for not skimping

They had no dark meat so $25.00 I paid for chicken breast and wings. Asked for corn muffins and I received dry biscuits.

I love going there too! Love the famous bowl!!
