Buffalo Wild Wings

3-3 of the orders were either incorrect or not placed. I understand that there is a staffing shortage everywhere, but we were only 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Also, found it upsetting when the waitress orders and essentially up charges us for different food we didn’t want. Bdubbs are a dime a dozen, plenty of different and better options in the surrounding area.

Food was pretty good. Service was ok. They were probably under staffed which is not their fault. Will definitely try them again.Food: 4/5

Every single time I have ordered wings from there I have gotten the wrong flavor. I ordered barbecue wings for my child and I received hot wings I also ordered a kids meal and never received the fries nor the drink. We all know how short staffed goes but you can do better and so should your cooks and staff.

They had some lunch specials is what I got. Went on a Monday for lunch, took a few mins to be seated as the lady who did finally seat us said they only had 2 people working the floor. I was happy with the food. The service was very slow. I never got a refill on my soda. They only came around for the normal waitress stuff, take order, bring food, check.

We have been here multiple times giving it "another chance" ...it took 20 min for ANYONE to acknowledge us as they walked by MULTIPLE TIMES LOOKING AT US. When the "manager" finally came by and actually sat us at a table, she had a personality like a wet mop. No smile, no apologies for us being ignored and she was just very blah. I am very disappointed. I work in customer service and was also a,waitress for YEARS beforehand....we were taught to ACKNOWLEDGE customers not ignore them. A simple "hi guys, someone will be right with you." But no....nothing! They looked at us and NEVER SAID A WORD.

We sat for over 10 minutes before our waitresse got up out of a chair to take our order. She wasnt very friendly. The burgers tasted like bad meat me and my husband both didn't eat them. Very bad experience. We were discussing leaving because we waited to so long.Food: 1/5

Not joking the hostess was on her phone face timing while she was in the process of getting our menus to seat us. Mind u she wasn't at her hostess stand for awhile v Before she noticed us. Probably because she was to busy on her phone

One of the worst visits i have ever had. Place was very dirty, staff unattractive, and to cap it all off we waited an hour for 30 boneless wings with 3 other tables in the whole place. Wings came out beyond burnt with very little sauce. My wive and i didnt even finish our food. Quite disappointing

The host was horribly rude, our waitress wasn’t attentive at all.. table next to us just had trash on it for the whole hour.. not worth the money at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Remodel looks good.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
