Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was really excited to get my burrito I ordered online with my friend. I get the bag and the queso was spilled all over the bag I got some salad instead of my burrito that says burrito on the sticker. Not too pleased. Wasted my money on this.

Something is sooo wrong at Sandusky Chipotle... I have been here when they are out of chicken, out of cheese, and once they didn't have any tortillas!? I love Chipotle but something is wrong at this location...

They were out of black beans and cilantro by the end of the day, but were very kind and gave me extras of other items to make up for it.

Very Rude. Just slopped my bowl together. Thank god the cashier was nice otherwise I wouldve just leave the food and walked out.

We are from Cincinnati and eat Chipotle 1x/week. While visiting Sandusky, we ordered from this location. THE BEST Chipotle I've ever had!

Got a rice bowl visited 07/05/2021 , vegetarian. When I went home and started eating, found a piece of meat in my food. I am a vegetarian based on my religious beliefs . Worst experience , I would never go to chipotle again. Not just this , the service itself was in disarray there.

Went to this chipotle today and it was disgusting. Trash cans overflowing and several dirty tables. Customers would eat in and leave their trash at the tables. Very disappointed.
