This Burger King, has the most rudest people that work there . We drove through the drive through ,to order three bags of ice gave our order . Then drove up to the window pay for our order,the girl working the drive through got very rude and nasty . Told us we had to go back through the line and order again , when apparently she wasn't listening to when we placed our order the first time .your attitude was something else ,so we parked the car and went in the restaurant to talk to the manager . We proceeded to the manager she had some very rude people that work here, that they needed to hire someone that knew how to talk to the customers. I will never go to this restaurant again
I give 3 stars for after 4 pm And 5 stars for anytime before 3pm. Things just are different depending on the time you go. The food can differ also. If I go before 3 pm the food is always warm and fresh but for some reason the food isn’t the best after 4 . The wait time is also different depending on the time you go .
My food was good but they had orders mixed up . I think it's the 2 lines going into one. How are you supposed to know who's next. I'm glad I got my receipt. Then I ordered o rings and they gave me ff. When I said something the girl didn't say anything she just got the o rings and tossed them at me. Didn't ask if I wanted catsup or sauce for my o rings and didn't say thank you. She was very rude. ...I can understand how they can get frustrated .
We went for a Michigan - Ohio State pre-game lunch at Burger King. One of the employees took the rivalry way to far and made us feel very uncomfortable. Jokingly held our food because we wore Michigan clothing. Let's remember that as much as you love your school, this is a GAME! There is enough strife in this world without inventing more...

Burger King is Burger King, so it’s always gonna taste the same. Tonight I came by half drunk and a little stoned. Messed up my order 3-4 times. Kept giving them the wrong mobile app number on accident. They were kind an professional the entire time, even gave me extra sauce. Best part is that I made it home and realized they gave me the messed up orders for free. You guys rock
Food was hot. Order was correct, but the manager was RUDE. We ordered a nine piece chicken frie and got 1 bbq sauce. She initially wasn't giving me ANY sauce. Then told me to get 2 it would be 25 cents. Bump your price 25 cents and give 2 sauces. Save us the hostility.
We were in town visiting and working on our house over the holiday weekend and this Burger King was close to the house…. Well, this is now the ONLY Burger King in this town. The first day we go through to get lunch, we are sitting there in the drive through and it’s just silence. After about a minute and no greeting, the girl says… you can go ahead and order! So we order and be pull around an there she is standing there in the window texting on her phone. Doesn’t look up, and then when she finally notices that we are sitting there, she has this blank stare and doesn’t apologize, like we’re the ones interrupting her. She just says the order total. So the next day, again we go there for lunch, at least this time there was a greeting, we ordered and pulled around. There was the same girl, on her phone giving us that blank stare and that bad attitude! I said….. you would think that with this being the only Burger King in this town, they would be better at this!
