I came here for vacation and needed a place somewhere to eat. This place is really close to any hotel so you'll be able to arrive quickly. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly l. Kid-friendliness: It looks really safe for kids, I didn't see any things that would hurt your child.
Went yesterday and had to wait for my shake and fries. The kid Joel making the milkshakes was working the hardest. It’s good to see a young man working hard as he can. Dave the owner is awesome and one to not get his hands dirty. Awesome jobs
Traveling from Indiana for business and decided to stop here real quick. Never have I seen an owner working as hard as the employees. The place was spotless and the service was over the top. Food came out very quick and was accurate. It’s too bad this place wasn’t closer to me or I’d come back. We have eaten at 5 sayer restaurants this past week and none of them had service like this place. When I come back next year I WILL be stopping again
Food is good, not worth the wait. We pulled up to the drive-thru we were probably 15 cars back thank God we didn't have an emergency cuz there is no exit out of that line. Once you decide to go through that drive-thru you're stuck for however long it takes to get your order. I haven't eaten there in a long time, about 15 ft from the menu board you see all these people in the parking lot taking your order before you even get a chance to see what they have. They were very nice, the food was good, absolutely won't go there again it is not worth the wait.
I'd be surprised if anyone ever had a bad experience at chick fil a. They have the best fast food around paired with the best customer service. Truly can not miss.Food: 5/5
So I've stayed away from chic filet for so long, I had to try it. Their sauce is amazing. Their chicken was great and fresh lemonade was the best. People actually came out to see how we were doing and took our trays. Great service. I'll surely be back when I can afford it again.Food: 5/5
I love Chick-fil-a but this is the 3rd time they haven’t given me the amount of sauces I asked for. I usually ask for 2 per meal combo I like it on my sandwich and fries and for some reason they will only give 1. Today, we had 2 combos and 2 sandwiches. Asked for 6 sauces, got 4. I mean, I don’t think that’s crazy, right? I don’t know but It’s getting annoying.
WONDERFUL!!!!! From walking in the door until leaving what an experience!!! A young man took my sisters and my orders. So sweet, full of energy , so polite....he wS just awesome. He also brought our food to us. We were so impressed with him that we stopped one of the other associates and asked to speak to the manager. Well here comes the young man that waited on us. His name is Brandon and we told him how impressed we were with him. You have a fabulous manager in Brandon and I sure hope you hang on to him. Everything was spotless and everyone was working as a great team to make sure everything was perfect. Just can't say enough good about our entire experience....Brandon and his team were awesome!!!! Keep up the great job....we felt like family there!!!!
Great new location on the main drag to Cedar Point. Super clean, great ownership and management. Two lanes for the drive thru, super fast service.
Love their original chicken sandwich. I ordered 2 combos and an extra sandwich. At the drive thru, they forgot our fries but gave me the fries, no questions ask!Food: 5/5
