10/15/2022 Still no response. Wondering why. 10/5/2022 No response from the owner? Only responds to positive reviews? My husband loves this place but said it's the last time he will ever go. His chicken fettuccine alfredo was watery with a ton of garlic powder dumped on top. He didn't eat it and I asked him to bring it home and took this picture of it. See pic. I don't really think this place is ever worth the dirty tables, prices and screaming kids but wanted to go with my husband. I got baked meatballs and it was brought to me in a tin on a paper plate. I asked where my dish was and was told it got put in a tin because it went in the oven. Most of your dishes are baked and I didn't see anyone else eating out of a tin and I've never eaten out of a tin before. If I wanted to eat out of tins and plastic I would have ordered a dollar burger and eaten it in the car. See pic. The bread sticks were wrapped in four papers and the grease bled all the way though. I then wrapped them in napkins to get even more grease off of them. They were completely saturated. See pic. My husband said he thinks whoever was in the kitchen had no idea what they were doing. I think he was right. I don't mind the prices. I don't mind the dirty tables. I don't mind the screaming kids. But my food at least has to be edible.
Drove 2 and a half hours for this place. Noodles were delicious. Pizza was yummy. They say cleanliness is next to godliness, and this place was cleaner than a freshly waxed Brazilian. I cannot explain how wonderfully cheerful the staff was. For those that do not know, you can go through the drive thru, or park and dine inside. You order at a counter like any other fast food shop, and they will bring the food to your table. Plenty of Italian dishes to choose from. If you are choosing to dine in, make sure to take a second while at the drink station and grab the parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes shakers to sprinkle on your meal back at the table. Thanks for the wonderful dining experience nationwide, as always, and especially this location for such a delightful fast trip to hunger fulfilment. Missy was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in the door to the time I was finished eating. Came by my table to make sure everything was okay. So nice and caring! She made my experience 10x more enjoyable and for that reason I will be sure to be back. The best hospitality around.
They weren't very busy when I was there. I had the Loaded Baked Spaghetti and it was very good. The tomato sauce is mildly sweet. Their spaghetti noodles are thinner than normal spaghetti noodles. Neither soda fountain had Dr. Pepper and the only diet option was Diet Pepsi.
Waited over 15 mins at the window I think they forgot about me they said the wings were still cooking. The order was wings side of meatballs mozzarella sticks bread sticks. 20 mins later I had my food was good forgot my bread sticks tho had to drive back threw to get them. They did apologize seemed overwhelmed.Food: 4/5
Fazolis has a cheerful dining room and we were immediately drawn to the aroma of garlicy buttery breadsticks. The menu is simple and reasonably priced, especially the family deals. We started with an order of the restaurant’s signature, garlicy buttery breadsticks. They were warm and fragrant and I savored every bite. For my main course, I had a classic Italian pasta dish, the fettuccini alfredo. It was cooked perfectly and the portion size was more than generous. The accompanying salad was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere at Fazolis is relaxed and inviting. The staff were attentive and friendly. It's a great place to visit with friends and kids. A perfect spot to stop by before a long day at Cedar Point. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Fazolis and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fast and tasty Italian meal.
The food was Soo good and huge portions we could have split a meal but didn't know so we have left overs and I'm not complaining !!! I'm glad to get to enjoy my meal another day or 2 !!!Food: 5/5
The food is delicious and a great deal. Their bread sticks are much better than Olive Garden's, and they also never end. The service is quick and friendly, with the employees especially Jonathan upbeat and humorous even 5 minutes before close on a Saturday night. I wish I lived closer so I could go more frequently than my Cedar Point trips!

Amazing experience and food Missy was absolutely amazing so much so that my 3 year old tried to take her with us when we left.
