New to Kelowna, but extremely happy with the service in lens and shutter! I have been in here a few times now, called a few times, and every time they are extremely helpful.

-Never been inside-

I rode my bike here on a Sunday... turns out they are closed but havent updated their info. Says on Google that they are open 12-4 on Sundays... but when I got there they were closed. I wish I didnt waste my time biking there just for it to be closed.

I had a problem with my camera. I thought it was just the battery but i wasn't sure. So i called lens & shutter to see if i can use one of there batteries just to test. They battery worked just fine. Helpful staff and huge selection of camera gear.

Susan and Courtney are the best! I came in with a last minute photo album "emergency" and they were so kind to process the necessary pictures. And this was right before closing (sorry!). Such understanding and friendly service. Thank you!
