I was never one who enjoy the practice of yoga, until I stubled upon Peter and Kali Yuga Yoga. He is tremendously generous and by far the best yoga instructor In the city. Kind and loving he make's sure his student's are getting what they need. His teachings have help me with back pain and also being able to silence the mind and live in the moment. Finding Kali Yuga Yoga has changed my life.

A life changing practice after only a few months! I am profoundly grateful that I found Peter at Kali Yuga Yoga. He teaches from a space of loving kindness in a familial and friendly atmosphere. The various techniques he shares goes way beyond postures and proper exercise. They are precious tools to heal your mind and body through breath, relaxation and meditation. It shows that his knowledge and understanding of yoga is based on deep experience and years of living his life the yogic way. Rich aspects of traditional yoga such as philosophy, psychology and spirituality are often left apart in today's fast paced yoga classes. Peter incorporates these crucial aspects into his teachings. He offers a gift that could change your life, are you ready to receive it?

Such a blessing to be at the Kali Yuga Yoga. Peter, our yoga teacher is very sensitive to the energy of his students, every time I join a class, I feel the calling that brought me here, and answers to my questions. Every posture open up a space, a muscle, an energy to flow. Go with no expectations and you will understand what I'm expressing here. A must try class. I signed up for an unlimited months, and it has truly helped me through my healing process. Thank you Peter and thank you Kali Yuga Yoga. Many blessings!

An AUTHENTIC yoga experience at Kali Yuga Yoga Laval! Yogi Peter is a remarkable teacher!  The postures and breathing techniques are taught in such a way that you understand the importance of each movement that is involved . Emphasis is placed on bringing awareness to the postures and breathing exercises and on practicing at your own level. Peter takes the teaching of yoga beyond the asanas and pranayamas. Participants learn about the rich history and philosophy of yoga. He also shares his personal wisdom. All of this helps to have a deeper, more meaningful understanding of yoga and how to apply it in our daily lives! Attending these classes is profoundly helping me be more consciously aware of my body, mind and breath. Each class is a new discovery and awareness of the beauty of body/mind/breath connection! Peter is a phenomenal yoga instructor and a natural teacher. It’s very inspiring and re-assuring to be taught by someone who lives and breathes the practice. He is a genuine person and has a close relationship with all his participants. He is truly the real deal and one of a kind. The classes begin with a short lecture. The principles and philosophy of yoga are discussed and how they can be applied to modern day stresses. He explains what yoga really is and how it’s not about only flexibility and strength but of the union of mind body and soul. Each class is a new experience of discovery. He guides you through every pose and breathing exercise and caters the classes to participants of all levels. He utilizes things like chairs and walls to give the classes variety and to help optimize your practice. Each class leaves you feeling invigorated while at peace Practising with Peter has been life changing. It has helped me immensely to reach a more balanced state of mind and to deal with debilitating back problems and multiple sclerosis symptoms. I was hooked from the very first class and highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness while reaching a higher level of consciousness. The studio is bright, spacious, tranquil, clean, warm and inviting. A perfect setting to practice in.
