I recently started going to Gold gym and I’ve had a great experience so far. Jason, who works at the gym, has been incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making my visits enjoyable. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns have made a big difference. The positive atmosphere and helpful staff is what makes the gym stand out from the others!

I recently tried the Gold’s Gyms in Laval and and I must say they are absolutely fantastic! The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is incredibly motivating. A special thanks to Jason for his professionalism and patience. If you’re looking for a high-quality gym, I highly recommend giving these locations a try. You won’t be disappointed!
I came all the way from Los Angeles for holiday and was looking for a decent gym to work out at and I had an American golds gym membership thinking it would work internationally. Unfortunately it did not but the staff there still gave me a free 3 day pass and were very warm and welcoming. Especially Barbara who was working the front desk at the time. The gym itself was very nice and all the equipment was the best of its kind and in some ways was better than my gym back home. There was no wait time what so ever to use any of the machines and it was not crowded at all. This gym was the best and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high quality gym.
I was looking into switching gyms and came across this one. I checked it out and Jason went out of his way to show me around. He was very helpful and respectful. He also answered all of my concerns in a positive manner and gave me a tour of the gym. Overall, I had a flawless experience and I intend to keep going there with no plans on changing that anytime soon.
