After coming to this gym for a little over 2 months, I am confident to say this is the best place to train! At least in Laval. Super clean, warm and welcoming staff, specially Judith in front desk.nI normally go in the mornings between 8 to 10. Never had to wait for a machine.nTotally worth the price difference!
Edit* I also had the chance to have very informative hour with Parsa. He is knowledgable and most importantly passionate about what he does. Thank you very much Parsa.nnI’d like to point out the exceptional welcome I received from Yeannie. She was very caring and went above and beyond in her client service. This is exactly the kind of reason why I would recommend this gym. There are many gyms out there, but the staff makes the biggest difference.
Good gym well equipped and well located for people living near the 13.nBut it closes too early, especially on weekends.. 7PM.. If the schedule changes its a 5
First of all, the gym itself is very nice and has so much potential. I love the dry sauna, and the members create a great community atmosphere. However, I’m disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers. I train in the morning, and even though staff seem to be cleaning while people are showering, the results are far below expectations.nnAdditionally, some machines are showing their age and need to be renewed. I also wish the health bar was open in the morning for protein smoothies or 'to-go' snacks. Since I’m here five days a week, I expect a bit more from the facility. I’m giving 5 stars because i have been at this gym for only two months and I believe it can improve, but I truly hope to see these changes soon!
