Over the past 15 years, I’ve tried several gyms, and Fit Forme 440 is by far the best one yet! Here’s why:nnPrice: Super affordable for the quality and range of services they offer.nnTechnology: They’re constantly upgrading to meet their clients’ needs. For example, the FitForme app is 100% free and helps you track your progress effortlessly.nnCustomer Service: A perfect 20/10! The staff is welcoming and always motivating. They greet you with a smile and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.nnShake Bar: Their protein shakes are diverse, and the menu is refreshingly original.nnI’ve been consistent with my workouts for the past 5 years thanks to this gym. If you’re looking for a place to train, I highly recommend signing up at Fit Forme 440!!!
I’ve been going to gyms for 27 years without ever having a problem. I was going to this gym in 2023 and some couple were always shouting at 4h am. I kindly asked the desk attendant to talk to them. They were not happy with that and they tried to intimidate me. I warned the guy not to get in my face. The day went on with no trouble. The next day the owner Alex calls me and offers me to cancel my membership. I decline by saying that I like the gym and that no trouble will come from me. In the minutes that followed the cops called me and informed me that I was under arrest for death threats. One year and a half of court and lawyer fees I was acquitted mainly because I had five witnesses. I got in touch with the gym asking if I could come back and they refused me. I guess the owner’s friendship with the juiced up woman is stronger than a judge’s decision.nnThe second side of the story you had it on your cameras which you hid from the cops. As I said I had 5 witnesses from your gym. So I guess your customers are biased? Or dishonest? You can say whatever you want, you have brought me a lot of problems and therefore I cannot wish you good luck.
The gym is great it’s has everything you need it’s clean, while I was registering the service was good and helpful, they have great offers and inside they have a place for you to buy whey protein powder and etc
An amazing gym. I’m a member at the Fit Forme West Island and I decided to give the Laval one a try since my membership carries out to all locations Silver.nnThis feels like an upgrade, there is a lot more equipment and it feels like there is more space than the one in the West Island. There are 3 squat racks, 3 stationary benches and a variety of machines that are not available in the other location, like a lateral raise machine, a proper pec deck, etc. There is also a women’s section in the gym. My only complaint is the lack of cables, but it’s not too bad.nnI went on a Friday morning around 8 and it wasn’t too crowded. I’d definitely come back if i’m around. A great casual gym for people that want to start out too
The trainers never disappoint at this gym!nVery affordable and accessible, and the quality and follow up from the personal trainers is absolutely awesome! Been working with Afdaal for years, no complaints, just results!!
