k i know most of you won't believe this but a few months agonwhen i was there was this guy called ALI B a trainer at the gym was in the main office standing there with a large gentleman i think maybe the director on his knees i don't want to describe what was going on use your imagination, ya a disgusting gym

The gym is good in many aspect. It’s not too crowed. Clean. The staff are nice. The biggest flaw is their hours. The Weekend, they close at 6pm. Which is way too early. And during the week at 10pm. Due to my work schedule, especially the weekend, I can’t go to the gym.

The convenient location, plenty of parking, reasonable price and the premium annual pass gives you an exclusive training area.

Fantastic gym great place to workout the best place

Nice clean gym.It has everything you need for a good workout.The machines are very good and well maintained.Gym is not too crowded and everyone is respectful.Peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.
