Le seul gym où j'ai réussi à établir une routine. De plus le personnel hyper qualifié a su me faire un programme s'adaptant à mes problématiques. L'ambiance y est très familial et respectueuse.

Super entraineur! Je recommande fortement ce centre à quiconque qui souhaite s'initier a de saines habitudes de vie ou simplement s'offrir un programme personnalisé a ses objectifs et préférences!
