Éconofitness

This gym is always packed with people including teenagers who just hog the machines and scroll on their cell phones with no consideration for others. The staff is also rude. They don’t greet you when you enter or leave the gym. It is very unprofessional and does not make you feel welcomed. I’ve worked in customer service and I know that this is NOT the way. Additionally, there is not enough equipment! I don’t understand how there can be hundreds of treadmills but only two lat pulldown machines, for example? This gym needs to invest in more strength training equipment. This is the area that most people are in. I can never properly follow my workout routine here since the machines are always taken by others. So the layout/planning of the gym is a joke. There is also only one Velocycle bike which is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve seen less busy Éconofitness locations with four or five of these bikes. Avoid this Éconofitness, go to another one!

Great service from Mamadou. Place has never been so clean, Hope he can stay long term. Best we have ever had.

Great experience recently under the supervision of Mr Mamadou. He is always kind, friendly and the place is spotless for the first time since his arrival to Evonofitness in Centropolis, Laval! Congratulations to Mr Mamadou

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Éconofitness. I paid for my membership over a week ago, and I'm still waiting for my card to be reactivated. No updates, no follow-up, no sense of urgency from their team. It’s frustrating to pay for a service you can’t use, and worse when it feels like your time and loyalty aren’t appreciated. Definitely reconsidering my membership.

This gym used to be clean & well maintained but now it has become really dirty, The locker smells like someone pissed all over the floor and the floors are really dirty. The people who work here are very careless now and cleaning equipments are empty most of the time
