It's been three months since the bathing suit wringer has been out of order and it's very necessary... now the card scanning machine at the pool doesn't work either... now the instructors and lifeguard are like they were decades ago, taking attendance with pencil and paper... What should be done to get the machines in the gym fixed... Seriously, it's going from bad to worse.nnSix days ago when I wrote my review and said it was going from bad to worse... I didn't think it would take so little time to get so much worse... Now they have closed the pool with no opening date and they didn't even have the decency to announce it on their website, we arrived at the Aquaforma course like every Monday and nobody knew, 100% disappointment, what terrible customer service they have. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
**Fantastic Experience with Ali at the Gym!**nnI've been a member at this gym for a while, and I have to say, the customer service provided by Ali is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, Ali makes you feel welcomed and valued. He always greets members with a smile, remembers your name, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your fitness goals.
The worst gym ever and the worst policies and staff. They will be very nice to you and when selling the membership, won’t even tell you anything and then ask 175 dollars cancellation fees. And everything you ask them, they would tell you a straight no. Oh we can’t do it thing. The worst stafff. I wouldn’t even give it one star. No matter how many machines you have when you don’t have public skills and your staff knows nothing about how to deal with people. Just spoiled my day. And the stinky washrooms. When I told them I was told oh there is only one cleaning lady we have. Poor thing.
I really like this gym but you need to train your staff to be professional and more alert and friendly with clients. I took VIP membership mainly because I have kids. Knowone explained to me that I need to reserve in advance to have access to the daycare. When i arrive there was a worker with dreads not doing a single thing, saw me standing and didn't even try to help. As soon as I try to enter with my daughter that's when he's ready to talk, telling me I have to reserve in advance. That really missed me off.
experience!!!nnThe gym is nice but I wish I could say the same about the staff.nnAwful, rude and probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a gym. The 'manager', Dory, seems to think that he is running a quality show when he doesn't even know how to put two words together. Super uneducated.nnWhen it comes to the trainers, they only have one female trainer who needs a personal trainer herself lolnShe keeps giving weird jealous looks to the members as if it's a competition. Disgusting..nnI do NOT recommend this gym to ANYONE!
