Beautiful place ! I went there a few times.nnThey have everything you need to workout, do a sport.nnCoach Jessie is amazing if you want to try boxing classes or privates.nnThe gym is nice too.nnI love the Sauna, cold baths they really have everything.nnFYC also a nice place to try hot yoga. They start their classes a bit later than on the schedule but it’s very nice.
Love this place EXCEPT: I can almost never get a smoothie after a workout. The lady at the restaurant is always prioritizing beer drinking customers which is fine but always just says NO for smoothie, not even wait my turn. So this is really deceiving. It’s a SPORTS place. Please make a smoothie stand ! I shouldn’t beg her every time
The quality of the facilities is worst and worst. The #1 Squash court has the walls peeling, court #2 glass wall is no longer anchored in the wall and can fall anytime very dangerous. And the water fountain has warm water and no flow since over 2 years even after many complaints made to the front desk.
This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and never feels too crowded, even during peak hours. The cleanliness is top-tier, and the overall atmosphere is great for working out.nnHowever, I’m giving it only 2 stars because of the men’s bathroom facilities—specifically the sauna, steam room, and ice bath. The issue is hygiene. Some members go into the sauna, sweat heavily, and then skip showering before jumping straight into the cold plunge—which is already small and not very spacious. Worse, many do this completely naked. The naked part is really disgusting and inappropriate.nnThe staff needs to step up and enforce some hygiene rules. Other gyms ban nudity in shared spaces, and this gym should do the same.
This gym has a lot going for it—great equipment, friendly staff, and a variety of classes that cater to all fitness levels. The facilities are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is motivating. However, the locker room is a major letdown. The presence of mold in the showers and around the sinks is not only unsightly but also raises concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. It’s disappointing to see such a glaring issue in an otherwise excellent gym. Addressing this problem would significantly improve the overall experience. Until then, the locker room situation is a big drawback.
