I always shop Here. Good location there are some days the stock is low and unorganized. And there were a few times some of the cashiers would toss my groceries on the belt to the point where the wrap from the meat would rip.nHowever today there was a gentleman from produce who honestly presented the best customer service skill. I had asked about the kiwis in the case and he said the shipment is at the back it’ll take some time. at first I thought ok he won’t get it So I was half way done my shopping already at the other end and he came up to me with a case of kiwis. This showed sincere customer service skills good karma and 5 Stars to him !

2023 April 3nLocated in a busy plaza, this discount grocery store offers a huge variety of kosher products grocery, meats and seafood which serve the local community.nnThere's a lot of aisles of products, from dairy, vegetables, packaged meats, frozen foods etc. Self checkout and regular checkouts available.nnA fairly large footprint store.nWorth checking out.

My favorite NFrills! Never disappoints, always huge variety of fresh produce, a lot of organic vegetables and fruits and everything else you'd like to put in ur shopping basket. Clean and convenient layout, friendly staff a lot of cashiers and big self check.

Visited this specific NoFrills with a mid-aged woman who speaks no English today. I am a service aid. My client had thought that items left near the register in carts were for individuals to take and had previously visited another NoFrills location that permitted her take a few things from the carts. She proceed to take a few things and was halted by a South-Asian cashier. I watched on the side, no issues with her telling her customer that was not for individuals to take. The issue was with her attitude and demeanor. Watching as an aid, it was disheartening to see her being judged for something she was permitted to do previously and had no knowledge or communication capacity to express that. I quickly spoke out loud and asked the employee to be more respectful. I'd expect employees working in a grocery story with competitive lower end pricing to be more understanding and communicate with more kindness and less judgment.nnOverall, the grocer was clean and organized. A Caucasian cashier with dark hair at self-checkout was also very attentive.

When Anthony ran it, this was a great shopping experience.nnNew policy to no longer take inbound calls is ridiculous as when you are looking for a product that is unique to their geographic location, and you have a greater than 1hr drive to them and can't get anyone to answer other than a head office/call center that doesn't know or have a clue.nn How bad is it that prices keep going up and service keeps going down. Shame on everyone of them!
