Tim Hortons

Purchased the “Supreme Stack” but received a sandwich that had 1/3 of what the picture showed.nWas told “it’s just a picture”. No help.nTasty but tiny.nFalse advertising????

This place so terrible. I waited 20 min for my drink and havent came out yet and when i asked they djdnt even say sorry also smell so bad in the wash room area it smells like vapes and drugs. And my drink taste sk bad they put so much chocolote or pistschio in jt and it freaking taste like something weird creature came from the mars. You guys should replace the worker and actually take care of it

No matter how many times I’ve visited this particular Tim Hortons, I kept hoping the attitude toward customers would change. Unfortunately, it hasn’t.nnI genuinely wonder why, at this specific location, employees often don’t acknowledge customers who are standing and waiting 2–5 minutes just to place an order. They seem busy with their own tasks and pay no attention to the people waiting. Why is that? In other locations or coffee shops, customer service is clearly a priority.nnOverall, I can say that the customer service here is poor and attention to detail is lacking. On a positive note, the atmosphere and the new renovation are visually pleasing.

Open 24 hours. You'll find old retired people during the day and youngsters at night. I go here in the middle of nights when I'm bored. It's a nice quiet place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location today.nFirst of all, my order took an unusually long time to be prepared. The staff kept forgetting parts of my order — I had to remind them multiple times about missing items like my Timbits and chocolate treat. Each time I received one item, they would ask me if my order was complete and if I could drive away, while in fact, they had forgotten the rest of my order.nWhat made me really upset was the mistake with my coffee. I ordered a Double Double with milk not cream, but I was given a coffee with the lid marked “R”, which clearly means Regular. When I mentioned it to the staff, they insisted it was a Double Double with milk. However, when I drove away and tried the coffee, I realized it was indeed Regular — not what I ordered at all.nIn the end, my time and money were wasted, and the service was careless and disappointing.nUnfortunately, the quality and attention to detail at this location have gone down a lot lately. I do not recommend this Tim Hortons branch to anyone.
