Nice bakery with lots to offer. Quality is really good. The place gets busy, so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. But never dissatisfied, as everything we've bought there tastes fresh.
I almost think the photo speaks for itself! The sufganiyot are so carefully crafted with delicious and fresh flavours. The presentation was beautiful and taste is out of this world. Both the classics and “special” donuts are amazing. As a kid I always remember getting fresh challah buns and pizza buns from My Zaidy’s on a regular basis and they were the happiest lunch box days. Really amazing bakery and always fresh !!!!
Take your Sufganyot hanukkah donut game to the next level by visiting this amazing bakery! They offer high quality, fresh and fluffy Sufganyots with a variety of unique flavours for every discerning taste bud - raspberry, boston cream, apple pie, unicorn, toffee, cookies and cream and beyond! They also make sushi, sandwiches and fresh baked challah bread year round!
Great selections of sufganiyots and fresh ones just kept coming out of the kitchen to keep up with the demand. Helpful and patient staff made for a great trip to this bakery.
The best Hanukkah donuts in the city!!! Always fresh with a generous amount of filling inside. Tons of flavours to choose from. We always look forward to picking up these sufganiyot every year!!
As a non-jew , I found the place a bit chaotic and you don't really have much time to ask what anything is because the lineup is always crazy. My son and I split a brownie and it was the sweetest thing I've ever eaten. The challah rolls were incredible, the bagels were amazing. Had there been signage to show what everything was, I would have bought more... But it's a cramped space and everything is very rush rush in there. There's also no place to sit and eat but it is what it is I guess.... I realize that it's a Jewish bakery and they probably don't need my business but it kind of seems like you either know the stuff they have or you don't. I'm definitely going to be back but please put signage in place so guys like me can learn a little bit please.
Absolutely wonderful and creative filled doughnuts sufganiyot best in Toronto I've had
Great kosher bakery with tons of variety. Both bread and desserts are great, specially considering most, if not all, are dairy-free. They’re quite expensive but I’d say it’s one of the top kosher bakeries around the neighborhood; however that handicap puts them lower than other general bakeries around when it comes to pure taste at the same price point. During Hanukah, they have tons of sufganya flavors, from the simple raspberry jam to super intricate oreo and tiramisu. All are good, but i still think the classics are where the gold is. Be mindful of shabat hours and jewish holidays as they get massive lines during rush hours, which means you’ll be in there for a much longer than you’d like.
Soufganyot are not worth it. Way overpriced, they're mislabeled, and not as described double chocolate mousse was filled with custard, caramel was actually raspberry, and they don't have all the flavours advertised at any time. Very disappointed for the price paid. UPDATE: manager decided to find me and message me on Facebook not creepy at all, focus only on stock issues, and completely ignore the issue of products not being as labelled. I asked her to magine if I had a raspberry allergy, and then she blocked me.
So the line up was to the door! It was so worth getting my yearly sufganyot! Started with strawberry filling, next chocolate, Boston cream with white chocolate chips my favourite, lime meringues, chocolate cream with oreo crumbs on top!! This for 2 people watching their carbs intake. So I’ll diet tomorrow because they are so delicious. You’ll see me next year again!
