Very good service for a Tim Horton. I'm a Starbucks guy. Got my order just the way I want it.

Amazing morning staff in the drive thru. Lineup all the way around and back over 15-20 cars. 5 min to be served.

Very friendly staff , very clean place , it is busy loaction as its located in very imporant high way .. great to laoction to work on yur laptop to finsih some job done ..

Went through the drive thru today and ordered coffee and tea for my family. I decided to try my husband's iced coffee and right before I drank it I looked at it and there was a dead decomposing fly in it. My daughter already started drinking hers. I showed it to my husband in disgust. He told the staff and they asked to see the coffee, we told them not to pour it out because this is absolutely nasty and their head office needs to be notified. The cashier took it and passed it to another lady who glanced at it and poured it out! Then they told us it was a steeped tea leaf. No apology and guess what the person behind us ordered iced coffee and the staff was still using the contaminated batch. Extremely unsanitary and gross. Poor customer service. Staff refused to give us names, but my husband took a photo of them right before we drove off. City of York and head office was notified.

Yummy coffee and food for such low prices. Love their hot chocolate and farmers wrap !
