Delicious Montreal style bagels. A bit on the pricy side but taste makes up for it.

So delicious!!  Put bagels in zip loc bags quickly. Become hockey pucks by next day. I drive from Niagara Falls just for their bagels!

While the debate will rage forever on which is superior? Montreal or Toronto bagels. There is no argument, since the GTA version is not a really a bagel at all but simply bread with a hole in it.  To those who appreciate a real bagel, made by hand and baked in a food fired brick stove oven, head straight to St. Urbain and luxuriate in the ultimate rendition of this satisfying food.   

Do practice kindness by forgiving the Toronto naysayers for the error of their ways.
