On my latest visit, I treated myself to a custom omelette with cheddar cheese, onions, and chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. I love that they let you pick three ingredients for your omelette without extra charges—most places barely let you have one or two before adding extra charges.nnMy server, Shaun, was great - super friendly and attentive. We chatted about how their omelettes are a standout on the menu - they are “notoriously good”.nnThe omelette was perfect - served quickly, fresh, and piping hot. Pro tip: give it a minute to cool before diving in! The home fries were crispy and flavorful, and the toast rounded out the meal beautifully. I left feeling completely satisfied, but not without grabbing a few of their famous bagels to take home. This place makes the best bagels in the city, and their bakery is loaded with fresh-baked goodies.nnI’ve also had their catered meals before, and those are just as good as their dine-in. This place is a total gem—I’ll definitely be back soon!

I ordered 2 turkey breast bagels … paid extra for egg and avocado … bought a drink …. Total was around 30 dollars and I didn’t even get the turkey ….There are no labels at this location .. management is not training staff accordingly … this establishment needs a make over … and I need a refund pleaaaaaase ..

Bagels are fresh and tasty. Servers are efficient and give you what you ask for. The restaurant side servers are very kind. This is the best place in town. If I was being strict then I'd just say when you ask for a dash of salt and pepper on your bagel then it's a dash not three dashes, sometimes you get just a little too much salt but overall I'm being super super picky. This is a solid five star bagel shop.

Absolutely yummy brunch. Good variety of selections. Extremely crowded on the weekends for obvious reasons. When they are busy then the quality could be below the expectations. My coffee cup had lipsticks on it originally but after I notified the server he changed for me quickly.
