Kiva's Bagel Bakery

I came to get some breakfast in the morning. Nobody sanitize the table before they seat next people. I was seated on the wet table. I got my food very fast and my waitress gave me bill while I was eating my meal. I asked for another bagel and she gave me such a bad attitude, wow I was shocked about this place. It was second time I came here, twice the coffee machine is not working. Why then you need to add some items in the mine if you can't make it. I think this is terrible service.

This is our favourite breakfast place! Whether it's winter or summer, it's always busy from 7am till 1pm. Everything they serve is delicious! I am not a coffee lover but I never miss having coffee here since it is so smooth and tasty! The owner is mostly there everyday and takes care of every customer personally. Staff is very friendly and nice. Their patio is beautiful. It's an experience to eat here.

I've had pancakes, sandwiches, omelettes and salads here and they're all great. The one menu item I do not like is the club med. Out of everything I've tried so far, my favourite dish is the healthy omelette with their whole wheat bagel (which is so fresh).

I ordered bagel with cream cheese and coffee. First time it was just ok, but second... guys, why you mixing creamcheese with sour cream??? Do you think your clients are stupid? By the way, your coffee is not strong. You're locked at Russian area, russians drink strong coffee fyi.

Local favourite and has been open my whole life. Good Congress quick and it's simple and tasty. Biggest matzo balls I've ever seen.
