Great place to grab brunch, lunch, or dinner. Spacious, Long Island vibes - food is good. The adult drinks are yummy too. Our server was kind and attentive. The entire staff was lovely, from the runners, to the floor manager. The live music was on point to, the guy with long dark hair and a guitar was great. I did make reservations on Open Table just to be safe. Dietary restrictions: They ask if you have any allergies!!!
Had the pleasure of dining here during a business funded evening. I absolutely loved the ambience, especially at night see the pics. The friendly staff walked around with tasty appetizers. For dinner we had a buffet with offerings of smoked salmon, spinach, asparagus and flank steak with an amazing horseradish sauce. Everything was phenomenal. My only gripe was they played the music too loud which forced an already loud crowd to have to yell to communicate.
OH MY GOODNESS!! The food was incredible and fresh. The vibe is fun with wonderful live music plus the best service! The cocktails were on point and my friends and I enjoyed the Gin and Tonic-PERFECT!! I cannot recommend The Hampton Social enough for a fun afternoon of wonderful munchies and perfect cocktails.
Finally was able to visit the Hampton Social after seeing a myriad of social media posts about it! I think the adoration for this establishment is well justified. The service was quick and attentive, and the atmosphere is definitely social. They had live music playing, but it could not compete amongst all the chatter and conversation. As the name suggests, a great place to dine with a group of friends and catch up. The decor and interior is beautiful and really lends itself to the comfy meet-and-mingle vibe. I had the crab cake Benedict and shared the bananas foster french toast not pictured and both were delicious! The benedict was nicely portioned and had a great balance of flavor and textures, not fishy at all. The French toast was lovely and not too sweet!
My wife and I went for brunch and we had a blast! Such a fun experience. The ambience is fresh, fun, and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The drinks were strong and the food was well seasoned and surpassed expectations. We loved that the oysters came with coast options were east coast lovers and fell in love with the octopus. Everything here is well thought out, highly recommend!
My sister & I came on a whim…awesome experience with our waiter Jordan! He gave terrific recommendations on food and drinks. Also there was live music, great atmosphere, the entire crew was fantastic…even the manager Mike came over to make sure all was good. We’ll be back for sure!
Lobster roll - I loved the bread that it was served in, the filling was decent Mac and cheese - this was probably my favorite! Super cheesy, fresh and delicious. The clam chowder - a little too chunky for my liking, not creamy enough. Overall pretty decent
I dined solo yesterday Friday at 5pm. There was a live guitarist playing and singing and the atmosphere was amazing. Yes, I sang along lol. I sat at the bar where the service was above and beyond. The bartenders were personable and shared their services equally. I never felt ignored! Food was delicious and came out fast. This place is a must!
Came here for brunch and glad we made a reservation as it filled up quickly. The restaurant has a relaxed, upscale casual vibe and service is pretty good. Food is of excellent quality and tasty, although the lobster roll was a little disappointing. The oysters were a little pricier than I was expecting but delicious.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. If you are in the downtown Chicago area and enjoy brunch, you should definitely stop here. The only reason I am giving this place a 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is not wheelchair accessible. There is a back way by Starbucks but you would have to know the way through the building. There is no signage.
