They had a huge variety of drinks. My favorite is the honey chrysanthemum drink. My son and wife got the sugar milk tea. Prices were reasonable and service was super quick. We will definitely drop by again to try the other unique drinks that this store offers.

This place beats the one in SF/Daly City. The price is lower than in the states and it's in CAD. The Thai tea latte here tastes like a really creamy yuanyang milk tea IYKYK. It was so smooth and kept me warm on a cold night. Even though I ordered it with 0% sugar, it tasted a little sweet. My SO liked my hot drink more than his cold black milk tea with boba and that never happens. Their regular milk tea with boba is decent too. We came here twice to get their Thai tea latte. It is THAT good.

I got the brown sugar milk tea and mmmmm... the tea and milky balance is perfect! I got 70 sugar and I think I could have done 50 but I am coming back for sure! It's very smooth and the pearls are chewy. Seriously one of the best black brown sugar milk tea out there. Usually it's just brown sugar flavored but I can taste the tea as well. Parking: Impark

Worst milk tea we got in Richmond out of 4 places we tried. Granted I personally don't like brown sugar boba but even the non brown sugar drinks were not good. Cute decoration though

The brown sugar milk with pearls didn't have much brown sugar taste or pearls. The menu recommended 30% sweet so I chose that. It tasted like I was drinking just milk. It was ready very fast.Food: 2/5

Whenever we have business meetings or events, Truedan Bubble tea is always our first choice for beverages. Their quality and flavour varieties never let us down! So happy they collaborated with Lu Rou Fantasty Robson store, and we can order meals and snacks all at once! We love Truedan since day 1!

i come here quite often and the brown sugar pearl milk never fails to satisfy me, whether hot or cold! their other drinks are also really delicious and affordable. definitely worth your money, and the drinks come super fast too!

amazing boba place, I really like the tapioca pearls here, they taste amazingly soft and chewy. the only downside here is the crushed ice inside of the boba, in every sip you will have really crunchy ice inside of your mouth along with the pearls.. >.< but if you like having that it’s good : overall I recommend this place a lot to all of you, the Thai tea is really good along with the regular brown sugar milk tea, but with the Oreo one you don’t get a whole lot for the price!! recommend:

I ordered their Thai brown sugar pearl milk tea cold. The girl at the cashier was friendly and she asked whether I have tried their drinks before. As it was my first time she suggested that I choose 30% or 50% sugar level. I went with 30%. She then prepared my drink within 2-3 minutes. The sugar level was just perfect for me. The tea was tasty and the pearls tasted really good. The pearls were soft and chewy. Absolutely worth the . A must try place for bubble tea lovers.

Richmond location service was bad. Asked for no ice, but still put ice in there saying that no ice= less ice. Speed was super fast. Had my drink ready before I finish ordering and pay. So I had no chance to change my mind. Another time ordered through uber eats. They made my drink wrong, and then I had a really bad experience phoning them to fix my drink. Never go again.
