The Portuguese egg tart bubble waffle was great. Crispy on the outside and on bubbles with the perfect ratio was creamy on the inside. Hard to make every bite even though. The milk tea had a great balance of flavors as well. The bean cubes were interesting. Overall enjoyed a lot but one thing is I found all the flavors to be very mild; I wish I got more chocolate from the cube and a little stronger egg tart intensity from the bubble waffle.

We tried the Portuguese Egg Tart Bubble Waffle at Eggette House in Richmond and I'm completely in love with it now. Unlike any other bubble waffle I've tried. It's the best bubble waffle I've ever had. Warm and crispy on the outside; each bubble is filled with a soft, Portuguese Egg Tart custard. Sharing is highly recommended as the custard part of it makes it more filling than your average Bubble Waffle. If you like bubble waffles and egg tarts, then this is an absolute "Must try"! They also had these interesting looking things called Bean cubes which I might wanna try some other time, and I've heard that they make a really mean HK milk tea as they use milk tea ice instead of regular ice cubes. They have an egg tart bubble waffles - run, don't walk! I think it's one of the best menu items they have! Also, I love how the ice in their iced milk tea is one large frozen cube of milk tea! Which means when it melts, it won't dilute your drink! It's a great place to get dessert after feasting upstairs at the food court.

Their milk tea is a must-try. I've already seen on TikTok how many people rave about their house milk tea so I had to give it a try. The taste is so rich and for someone who loves sweets, I didn't even have to add sugar into it! To add to that, the chestnut bubble waffle's sweetness balances the milk tea out perfectly. It's a combination you shouldn't pass out on! There are plenty of bubble waffle flavours to choose from, and I think it's hard to go wrong with any flavour. Their bean cubes are very dense and packed with filling. We got the purple yam and the matcha red bean one, and they were both so filling! They weren't too sweet which didn't bother me at all, because all the flavour was still there. And of course, the designs are so cute!

I had the bubble waffle and 7 of the cubes. The bubble waffle wasn't too sweet and had a strong custard flavour. It was nice and crispy but tasted a bit too much of either baking soda or baking powder. As for the cubes my favourite was the black rice with pork floss and egg yolk because it was an interesting flavour even though it didn't have enough egg yolk. I also liked the black sesame mochi because the black sesame flavour was really strong. The other flavours were pretty standard. The fillings weren't overly sweet and you can tell they use a lot of good ingredients. Overall I wouldn't get these again as they can be quite pricey but definitely worth at least one try. Tip: buy 6 cubes and get 1 free. They take the priciest one as the free one

Mid at best. 30 minute wait. Not as yummy as it smells. If you do end up going the Portuguese egg tart is the “best” thing on the menu but even that is pretty mid I’ll get regular Portuguese egg tarts elsewhere

My kids love the waffle and I love their milk tea. Every time pass by their store, I have to buy the waffle. It smells really good!!!

The Portuguese egg tart bubble waffle is a MUST TRY. The custard wasn't too sweet, and the outside of the waffle itself was crispy while the inside was the perfect amount of chewy. Please never take this off your menu!

The bubble waffles are tasty and puffy. It will be perfect if the outer crust is more crispy.

My favorite bubble waffles shop in Vancouver, I have been here no less than 6 times. One downside is the shop location is in Richmond so I find a solution - I moved to Richmond. This shop makes my wallet cry but my taste buzz smile .
