Sharetea

First time coming here, I know it’s a chain and the drinks and customer service will vary upon location but my experience was good upon my first visit.

I normally have great experiences with the Sharetea on 99 and I-10, but this location served me a milk tea that was weirdly bitter at least not at what tea should be and didn’t have it to the sweetness level I had asked for. I had a 40 min drive ahead of me and at the end of it had to rush to a bathroom to throw up :

This was our first time visiting share tea and we’ll be returning very soon! The establishment was clean and staff was friendly.

This Sharetea location provides great customer service, drinks are consistent, has a reward program with your phone number, and I like how they brew the tea fresh daily and I can see bartenders making my drink.

Went to Sharetea for the first time after my friend begging me to go, saying that I went regret it. First of the inside of the place is very nice and it's giving a good vibe that makes you wanna sit there and chill or study. Next, customer service was the best and the drink I got was Taro Pearl Milk Tea. I was very excited to get it and was surprised that the cup was very big which was a good thing because I couldn't stop drinking it. Its personally my favorite and I can't wait to come back and have it again.

Good drinks and sercice. A place to Study or do work. I like oreo ice blended or classic coffee. I also like clssic teas

Drinks are ok nothing that stands out from the rest of the Boba tea places. Not a cozy tea place pretty boring. Basically get your tea and go. Not a inviting place to sit and drink your tea. There’s no pictures or decorations anywhere.

Awesome to have sharetea in Richmond now! Drinks here are good like all the other sharetea. My favorite is the Okinawa MT.

Wow! I love this Sharetea. Exceptional customer service. The ladies were all so helpful and Saad was so sweet. He gave me so many drink recommendations and I've found my new favorite drink the mango green milk tea. Clean location and great staff, i would definitely come again.

Very good, quick, and good customer service. But that egg pudding was really bad but could of been a bad batch.
