Tiger Sugar

I've heard great things about Tiger Sugar and was excited to try it! I got the Brown Sugar Boba and Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse, it was about $7. This was my first time here and I was told they don't adjust the ice level for this drink, but the person who made it for me used less ice. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was absolutely delicious! It was sweet, if you don't like a strong brown sugar taste, please adjust! I really enjoyed the two types of toppings, the regular tapioca balls and the little pearl balls. The boba was made well, the right amount of chew and softness. I would definitely come back to try the other drinks they offer, I enjoyed it! Staff was nice, store was clean, and service was quick but I was the only person in the store at that time. They seem to sell out of a few things, the menu was covered up in some sections and others marked sold out, but I got what I came for and liked it a lot!

So amazing! Has a great drinks that is beautifully made with great attention to details. I ordered the brown sugar pearl milk and it's delicious! Great with a clear aftertaste and amazing service! 100/10 would go again

Love Tiger Sugar, I think the milktea is very consistent and delicious. I love the brown sugar boba, so yummy The drink is good but the staffs are not so friendly. They have attitude if your card unfortunately get declined!

We ordered the Brown Sugar Milk tea with mousse.The mousse was melted into the drink. The pearls were overcooked and tasteless.

Ordered the Brown Sugar Milk tea with mousse. For the price of $7, to be honest, I felt the size was definitely on the smaller side. What I liked was that it wasn't too sweet. I didn't tweak the sugar or ice and it wasn't overly sweet. The mousse was somewhat nonexistent and mostly melted into the drink. There was no extra flavour from it. The pearls were a tad overcooked for my liking. They had lost most of its chew. Overall wouldn't get this drink again from Tiger Sugar and also wouldn't recommend this place unless you are really desperate for bubble tea.

If I were reviewing purely the tea, absolutely nothing about the product would warrant criticism. The beverage was deliciously sweet and rich, with a very complex flavor that tasted like it took hours to stew pearls in the dark sugar. Probably the most complex, rich milk tea I have ever had in my humble, limited experience. The menu needs work, as the drinks are listed in four different categories with nothing obvious differentiating them. The names of the drinks give you almost too much information with nothing obviously distinguishing them aside from price. Readability of the menu would be the largest improvement Tiger Sugar could make. Price and wait time are indicative of the product you receive. As in, both are pretty bad but the product is worth it as a destination spot.

One of my top bubble tea shops I have tried locally in Vancouver/Richmond. The black sugar series is super good, not too sweet with string flavor. The only slight downside is that the price is higher then normal bubble tea joints however the cups are also smaller. Otherwise if it were flavor and taste this one takes the win.

A place I've finally got a chance to try out. The hype for this place is real. Their brown sugar milk drink is just amazing. The boba is also made perfectly. The drink is also not too sweet. I would definitely like to try some of their other items next time.

Wow we got lucky the place just opened the day before we went. There were a lot of people and there was a line to order but it moved pretty fast. The whole store was packed with people but It didn’t take too long. We asked what is most popular and the cashier recommended black sugar boba + pearl milk with cream mousse. We ordered 7 of those and one without any boba 8 drinks total and they came with 2 bags with tray inside bag and it was easy to transport. It was a very good drink! Boba and pearl texture was perfect! We all liked it.

Really delicious bbt. Pearls are different sizes. The foam is nice and sweet not too sweet and very milky. The consistency is nice. The size ok- would prefer the taller style cup since the ice takes up almost half of the cup certain drinks they do not make changes or less sugar or ice - it is set apparently based on ratio. The place is nice. People are friendly. Lots of seats for a small place. Parking is ok - usually a bit chaotic.
