The bubble tea is consistent and dependably good. I stop here pretty regularly when I’m just in there mood for something solid. It’s also pretty chill here. PROTIP the entrance to the parking lot is in the alley in back. It’s free parking.

I bought a earl grey milk tea with pearls 30% sugar and they gave me one with 70% sugar. Without even leaving the store or putting a straw through it, I told them that this is not the one I ordered. Instead of remaking it, they proceeded to pour the drink into another cup after getting rid of 1/3 of the milk tea, poured more hot water into it, and then filled the rest of the cup with ice. Needless to say, it tasted nothing like a tea and it still costed basically 7 dollars. Definitely won't be returning

This was happened last Sunday at exactly 8:55PM. The store was still open until 9pm as we double check there website. We came from vancouver , we just finished our shift at work around 8:30pm so we rush ourselves going to the nearest gong cha co’z we are really a fan of this shop. So this is what happen, I was entering the store with my friends we are 4 group of people to be exact when the staff there told us that they are already closed and when we reacted because we have more 5mins to go the boy staff also told us that they’re SOLD OUT FOR TODAY. We know and we understand, but we are just so very disappointed as we always want to go here instead to gong-cha downtown. We also already know what to order as we prepared it co’z we are aware that we only have few minutes to get our bubble tea we want. I know it was bit too late but the way they tell that they’re already close and sold out is not fair either nit good for us as a customer that really exerted effort going to richmond from vancouver just to have the bubble tea we want. If they’ll just gonna tell us that they cant accommodate us co’z making 4 or more bubble tea would take more than 5minutes that would be totally fine but telling that THEY ARE SOLD OUT? No it’s not gonna happen! Maybe just some of there best seller will be sold out but not there all flavours because if that’s happen they should put a notice in front of there door and we will not gonna expect. I have a photo here with time and date as well. Just being sure that I’m not just making a story it was really happened. 9:00PM closing time is different to 8:55pm. again we understand but we are so disappointed.

Fast service but I find the sugar level here for some drinks is not consistent. Some drinks with 30% sugar have tasted really sweet and some with 50% sugar taste like no sugar. I like the daily drinks here!Food: 4/5

Your average typical bubble tea! Ps no lactose-free alternatives here.. they have lots of Christmas specials with unique flavours such as Hot purple yam latte, hot matcha latte and my favorite Hot Taro latte! I got the honey lemon green tea with aloe & coconut jelly .... I found it to be too sweet and didn’t really like it while the other drink brown sugar pearls with Oreo taste like dirt. Stick to the original brown sugar drink. The matcha waffle however was perfect! Crunch yet soft on the inside.

The drinks are good, standard gongcha experience. The inside seating only has about 4 tables, so if you come here to study, you just gotta get lucky for a table, because some people stay here for a really long time, lol. Good if you wanna pop in and out for a bbt.

Great service, lots of options and the menu is quite accessible. Taste is very fresh, a great option when near the sky train.Food: 5/5

It’s an okay place to have bubble tea and bubble waffles. Service is okay too. Great choice of music and plenty of seats. You can park in the parkade and get a parking pass from the cashier if you plan to stay for a while.

They gave me barely any toppings for a passion fruit green tea with QQ. The guy said there were no more tapaico pearls, it was 6:20pm, then to the next customer he told him the pearls would be ready in 10 minutes. Kinda rude. Been to this bubble tea place several times before, and no issues.
