little spot with nice tea. lots of parking available even though it's pay parking; parking is free if u sign in with the tablet in the shop. very cool looking bbt cups. charges .25 for plastic bags.

I had the osmanthus fresh milk oolong tea. The pearls were perfect - slightly sweet, with just the goth amount of chewiness. One of the best bubble teas I’ve tried in the Lower Mainland!

I got the Osmanthus Milk Tea and hubby got the Golden Honey Oolong Tea both are hot drinks because it's 2°F at the moment. We both got 50% sweetnesses which is perfect for us. Unlike most milk tea shop, this place has some quality tea that actually tastes like tea and not some sugar water. The Osmanthus Milk Tea is so perfect to drink in the winter too and it keeps your hands warm.

The fragrance of the teas and fruit when you walk in the door leaves you salivating for each of their drinks. However my wife was upset that the person working gave everyone the same cup when we had 6 orders. We got home and realized they got my order wrong and one of my kids threw up after drinking

Love that they have free delivery! We tried the osmanthus milk tea and osmanthus black tea. The osmanthus milk tea was great! You could definitely taste the osmanthus in comparison to the osmanthus black tea. We felt that the black tea was definitely more prevalent. The pearls are $0.95 which we felt was a bit expensive compared to other places like Coco and Wushiland. Nevertheless, we will definitely order other flavours in the future and visit the store when we have time.

I got the osmanthus milk tea tonight. For some reason the price is .25 more on the bill compared to what is displayed on the menu. When I asked the attendant says its because of tax, but tax is added after this price... Maybe its the cup fee?Food: 4/5

Best bbt in Metro Vancouver even the basic drinks like green milk tea tastes different!!! One more plus is the Cantonese playlist. The staff really has a taste in music when they played Hins Cheung songs, felt like going to his next20 concert

Swang by this cute little gem after picking up other take outs from the same plaza....what a cute little shop! Their BBT flavor has a nice fragrant aftertaste, and surprisingly their furit tea goes so well with fried chicken! Went back 3 more times and had never been disapointed. Parking: Huge parking lot with ample stalls.

I wanted to try the ube milk tea but it was sold out. Switched to no sugar osmanthus oolong milk tea, which was very good!
