Black Mill Tea

The black sesame bubble milk drink I had was really good. This place is quite unique for its K-pop memorabilia and fan celebrations. Today, they celebrated Seventeen members Woozi and The8’s birthdays with freebies photo cards, cup sleeves, postcard… for all their customers. Vendors sold fan merchandise just outside their back door…very festive!

I stopped by here for bubble tea recently. The shop has quite a bit of nice Japanese toys and accessories. They have an extensive menu and the prices seem quite reasonable. I tried their Grapefruit bubble tea with pearls. It was good overall.

I came here several times, one of my favorite bubble tea shops in Richmond. Bubble tea and bubble waffles don't disappoint. I personally enjoy Mango supreme with red velvet bubble waffles!

Co worker told me about this place and it doesn't disappoint. Came twice now. Thurs and Fri night. Busy depending on the day. Fast and kind service. They also have stuff for sale on the box shelves around the perimeter of the store. The only down side is I forgot about the punch card Thursday night for my two drinks and 1 egg waffle. One of the actually bubble tea places I would really use the card all the time so.. I came again to inquire about it and was told sorry same day only. Guess I should of called when I remembered anyways definitely recommend this cozy place. I'll post some pictures

It's always a delight to visit The Bubble Tea Shop during their special kpop cupsleeve events! Drinks typically range from $5.95-$9 if you get their special drinks. Slightly more expensive than other places, but if you like K-pop, you'll definitely enjoy visiting during their events. The freebies make everything worth it! I always check out @thebbtshop to hear about cupsleeve events :D

So many bubble waffle options! The café itself is quite small and the tables are close together - very intimate vibes. We had the matcha waffle which took about 10 minutes to make. 1 star off for out of order washrooms and tables not being cleaned patrons had to clear off the tables as staff were too busy. Many different dessert options - recommended to try if you are in the area.

Came here because of Hobi's birthday event and wanted to see what the vendors had as well. The atmosphere was great and the space was large enough so it didn't feel crowded. More vendors were outside which was great as well. There was a short line around 2:00 p.m. which was great. Loved that there were specialized drinks and egg waffles available but wish they would have put the pricing next to it. Orders took a while to make, but understandable as there were quite a few orders in front of us. The drinks were great, the bear bottles were adorable, I loved the little freebie gifts that we got

The bounciest, chewiest, and most 'qq' pearls I think i've ever had! Although the texture was perfect, they were a little too sweet for my taste. Luckily, the tea flavour in the oreo milk tea wasn't drowned out and it didn't feel overly sugary! As well, the earl grey milk tea hit the spot- you can never go wrong with a classic! To top it all off, the strawberry bubble waffle with mochi was fresh, pillowy soft, and chewy!

One of my favourite bubble tea places in Richmond, they have a wide selection and decent prices. They also offer mochi bubble waffles which are soft and chewy. My go to is the rose series bubble tea and strawberry mochi waffle. Tried the tiramisu waffle recently and it was really good, except for the crunchy ladyfingers. The speculoos waffle and tiramisu have been the best ones I tried so far. The Mango Cheesecake waffle was delicious. The drinks here are different and you have a wide variety of things you won't find elsewhere.
