Dim Sum was ok. Great services from the waitress. They were really friendly and helpful. I would give 5 star for the waitress. No star for the lady who work at the till. She was rude, no customers service and threw the receipt on the counter to us. Probably this is the 1st and the last time for this restaurant.

The dim sum prices were very reasonable. Some foods are a little cold when u get it off the cart. Everything had good flavours. Service was also good . The restaurant has one of those bella bots which bring you food.

We have been coming here for years, always for Dim Sum. It is consistently good, today was no exception. We had great service, excellent fresh food, and cost us $25 each for three of us to enjoy several different dishes. Easier for us to come here than Don Mee which is also wonderful because some family members have mobility issues and Jade Fountain has an elevator. We will be back for more dim sum soon!

It’s one of those places that pays off to know someone who speaks Cantonese and who is friends with the owner. It’s always super packed here so making reservations is a must for morning dim sum of you don’t fancy waiting in line for over an hour. The food is always top notch though - it’s exactly what you want and expect from a dim sum joint and it’s super authentic. I grew up with the food here and there’s something very comforting about the consistency of the taste of the food here. In 20 years I’ve been frequenting this place have I noticed any significant dips or changes to their quality and taste. The crowd, the taste, the wet table cloth haha it all makes you feel at home for those who have frequented this place since they were young.

Dim sum body say, yum cha? One of a two we go to here in the city and have always enjoyed it. Dishes we've had has always been tasty. Service is just like in China so don't expect top customer service You dim sum You lose some

The owner woman who was payment at the till, she was very rude. I asked the servers for togo boxes several times, but they were busy so I didn't get it. I waited for half an hour. So I asked the lady at the till if I could get togo box. She frowned and shouted at me, "ask somebody!” And she turned her head away. I've never met such a rude person in Victoria. I paid tip for the servers, but I hope the tip go to the servers 100% not for owner. This was one of my favorite restaurant, but I will never visit it again.

Ordered from Uber eats. I don’t understand how broccoli with beef was made. This is full of broccolis with only a few pieces of beef. The beef tastes plain. The other dish is sichuan prawn, same idea. So many veggies with only a few pieces of shrimp. Why are they named as broccoli with beef, sichuan prawn. It should be named as broccoli with broccoli, sichuan veggies.

We had a very delicious meal here and highly recommend this place. Loved it!Food: 5/5

Horrible food. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was good. We had 2 combo plates and spring rolls. Deep fried shrimp was not cleaned before frying. Rest of food no flavor. Best thing on plate was sweet and sour pork. Spring rolls were full of oil from frying. No discount for uncleaned Shrimp hahaha.Food: 2/5

I read the reviews after I ordered and was horrified. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Huge portions. Fresh. Tasty. Only thing I didn’t like was how greasy some of it was. The spring roll was literally dripping with grease.. it was gross. I really liked the dry garlic pork and chicken chow mein!
