End Of The Roll - Whitby

We went into the store and were only looking for options for a small temporary situation. We were listened to and then advised accordingly. We are confident that we left the store knowing we were probably making the best choice financially. We also had the added bonus of the choice we made not having to be temporary. The install date was arranged quickly and happened less than a week after we made our selection. The install crew was quick (which made it obvious it wasn't their first install) and very professional. The installers also made a small change we made after the measure up work during the install. Best of all.... the finished product looks great.

This is our 2nd time ordering carpet for bedrooms from End of the Roll and we are again happy with their service. Quotes and install fees are fair. They stained the transition pieces to match perfectly with our existing laminate. I visited other flooring stores all over Whitby/Ajax/Oshawa beforehand and End of the Roll was the best for price for product, customer service, and just overall cleanliness of store.

Coleen was so helpful in assisting us in choosing an excellent, durable carpet for our basement. The quality of the carpet is great! The installers were punctual and did a fantastic job!!

We decided on the spur of the moment to replace the carpet throughout the basement and on the basement stairs. We went to End of Roll in Whitby and dealt with Frank. Frank helped us figure our what type of carpet we wanted, within the budget we had decided on, arranged to come out two days later to measure and just this past Monday, Nov. 20, 2017 the carpet fitters, John & Mike arrived at 1 p.m. (actually a little before) as scheduled. They did an excellent job, worked efficiently, cleanly and quietly (well as quiet as you can laying carpet). We are very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely recommend End of Roll Whitby to everyone. We will be back next Spring when we replace the flooring upstairs. Thank you Frank, Colleen, John and Mike for an excellent job.
