Honestly have never had a bad experence with ppl working there but today just turned me off this place. I had a slight issue with lighting in my vehicle and they were totally nice enough to tak time to fix it, but the manager there made appoint of yelling and humiliating his employee. Not just that, but in front of customers including myself. Ive wathed him do this a few times there and it was just disgusting to see someone at this company, let alone a superior speak to their wmployees like this. Good going action. I can see you put peopl worthy of the position into leadershp.

Probably the best service in Durham. They moved mountains to get my order in and helped me get more horsepower for my truck! Next is aesthetics! Will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Great place to get after market stuff for your vehicle. The staff is very knowledgeable & will help you get what you want for your ride..

Very happy with the experience start to finish. Asked for a list of items to be added to my work truck they went above and beyond to get what I wanted done. The work was done very well above expectation. Will be going back to exhaust done because of treatment. To the complaints about the meanies there, it's a truck parts store no-one needs to give you a hug when you walk in. Everyone was polite and professional.
