I wish I could leave less than one star. Left a flute to be cleaned and three weeks later I spoke to three different people before I had to show up at the store in person and retrieve the flute they hadn’t even sent away yet. They had written my phone number down wrong- and they were confused as to how to refund my depost. I haven’t had such bad service that wasn’t on a drive through window. I’ll never go back.

Pretty good selection of guitars, nice equipment and sheet music. Not the best prices, but they have mentioned price matching. Service was great and very friendly.

This is an alright store. But you'll get better prices at Axe or Long and Mcquade. Service is on par with the rest.
