After searching on the internet for half a day for the right pair of shoes I came across this place and although there website was hard to navigate I gave them a call and told me they had my size in the store available for pick up. I'm giving them 5 stars because before calling them I went to the marks work website and they had zero shoes in stock from over 10 pairs of shoes and they didn't have any pairs in half sizes. What this small store did the big store couldn't. This store had a worse website but better customer service. In the end I got my boots I wanted in store and I'm coming back for waterproof clothing soon, the place is clean and it shows that there trying there best to complete with the big stores who don't care

I was looking for a place to buy work boots. I have been repeatedly disappointed by work wear world over the years. I found this place , and got friendly helpful service. The clerc listened to my needs and presented me with several options. The place is thankfully oldschool.

I wore a pair of rain boots from this store for one day and all I did was got mud on them. So I washed them up and brought them for return they were still in good condition too. They were a bit too small but anyways they refused to take back my $139.99 boots for a exchange. I was pretty choked that they didn't exchange them. Customer service and return policy could be better. I won't be shopping back here again and go to a store with better service. At least they could of docked them for used and we could have made some sort of deal. Like I will take only take back 75% of the money. At least Marks has a good return policy.
