Impostori Trattoria + Negroni Bar

Went for dinner on Saturday with my husband. Sat on their lovely patio and received exceptional service. The food was delicious, and the menu felt like a trip to Italy with its authentic flavours, dedication to quality and taste. We loved our experience and can’t wait to go back.

1st time here for Dine Out. Nice vibrant room with friendly professional service. Nice tasty Negroni and better tasting pastas. We'll definitely be back to try other pastas and very likely add another star.

My friend and I came in to celebrate her birthday tonight and the whole dinner experience at Impostori was top notch. From the well prepared food to the refreshing drinks and the most attentive staff there. They have the funniest owner, most lovely lobby manager and the best negroni guru, all the employees there went above and beyond tonight to make sure we had a wonderful dinner. The daily special mushroom soup was so creamy and flavorful, their pasta and veal were also super fine as well. Give this gem a try, they will amaze you.

Dinner was scrumptious. The back patio has a lovely little vibe and the food was excellent. Very good service. We will be back to try more of their features.

Came here for a Christmas dinner with my work. We had amazing service and delicious food! The waitress that served our table was very informative, polite and attentive. I had the Pumpkin Ravioli and the pasta was done perfectly and was just delicious! The atmosphere was nice and I would highly recommend it for a romantic night out.

Pleasant food, drink and atmosphere. The service was very good, Monica was very personable and attentive. The singing server was also a very nice touch. A tasty veal starter and a nice pumpkin ravioli was certainly not a bad way to end the day. As much as I would like to, I cannot blame the restaurant for the headache from the nice wine, that's all on me.

Been to a lot of restaurants in this city, but to have such good service is so rare. Fred is one of a kind. Thanks for making our evening so special. I've noticed other reviews praising the service too, so its obvious this wasn't an anomaly. Also, the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the Burrata and the chicken dish.

Immensely enjoyed our meal last night. Though wine is the star here the beer selection is noticeably thin. Perhaps it’s time to consider offering a popular local craft IPA & drop the sour, fruity summer ale. New owners inherited interior styling from the previous tenants, that being the overhead spot lights that flood the table tops which would be better dimmed, then incorporating some inspired sconces along the south wall. This improvement will do wonders for the overall atmosphere & ambiance of the main dining room.

Experience being the key word here. Greeted warmly, nice but simple house. Service by Fred was very good, he may be part of the management as well? Anyway, manageable menu with excellent choice. We enjoyed a charcuterie and bread to start which were good, however the mains of beef and veal were out standing. A thought though is, will the assigned bar seating be turned to the table seating through demand. Oh and as far as the bar goes, first time in town we haven't been able to enjoy a Cran-Tini. Highlight, maybe of the night, was the singing server. Maybe I live a sheltered life but, wow!

I've lost count of how many times I have now been to Impostori. It's a new favorite of mine. Love every single dish I have had. Wine selection is wonderful and service perfect!
