Seahouse Restaurant

Prepare to be enchanted by this Yaletown restaurant with its breathtaking patio views overlooking False Creek. The staff's friendliness knows no bounds – when I requested an iced tea not on the menu, they graciously crafted one for me. What a delightful surprise to find traditional Persian breakfast options alongside a diverse menu. From the moment you step in, you'll be captivated by the stunning vistas, warm service, and unexpected culinary delights. This place is a true gem waiting to be discovered.

Unreal. SeaHouse was such a great experience, I am so glad we came upon this spot. Even in the winter they had a great patio with heaters and spacious seating right by the water. They even do live music! On top on the great atmosphere the food was amazing. Salmon pasta was rich and creamy and everything you could want in a good bowl. Our server was so sweet and accommodating, it really was a perfect experience!

Right at the marinaside, SeaHouse is a great place to stop, eat and enjoy the views. The neighborhood is lovely, the service is good, and the food is fantastic. We ordered the Strawberry Mint salad and a pizza to share during happy hour and they did not disappoint. Everything felt fresh, the portions were decently sized and the prices were not crazy. They also have gelato, but we will try it the next time. If you're ever around that area, make sure to stop and grab something to eat here.

I'm leaving a 5* review for this place! : why? My family and I had an awesome brunch in this cozy place. It is located at Yaletown with the beautiful view of the marina. Sat by the patio served with one of the best pizza and ice cream in Vancouver. I'm a foodie and I can tell that the food is well-made with really fresh ingridients. On top of that, we were served by Sana who is just nice, friendly, and very attentive. Arash also came out from the kitchen to check on customers like us and asked how we like the dishes he made.... So far, we are very happy with every single item that we ordered. My kids loves the place and we will definitely be back to try the other dishes. Thank you guys!

Seahouse has the best location and the menu is fantastic! We love the customer service here as well. Highly recommend the brunch menu on the weekend. Seahouse has live music on Sundays and Thursdays. Pizza, gelato and a nice ambiance inside along with a perfect outdoor patio with comfortable furniture and heaters. Can’t stress enough how incredible the service is here to make your experience the best!

We went there for dinner and really enjoyed it. Particularly the service, our server was really kind and attentive. The food was good too. Reasonable sized portions and they prepared really quick. The place itself is well located with views of the sea wall and and a nice chill ambience.

Poorly run establishment. Bad food, Bad management. Glad they are closed. Hopefully we can get something good here. Previous tenants were not great either. Sea house was only busy at happy hour during the summer. This was mostly due to location...much better eats on the same blockprovence, oeb. Apparently they were operating without a business license. If true that would explain a lot.

6/14/22: My husband enjoyed his Caesar salad. He recommends that you order the prawns, not the shrimp, as the shrimp were small in size $24 CAD for salad/shrimp. I thoroughly enjoyed my mushroom ravioli $25 CAD. The sauce was good. The waterfront views were amazing as this evening was pleasant no rain!. I would recommend this Yaletown restaurant. Our server was efficient.

Very nice venue! I stopped by for the live jazz and the music was excellent! There’s also a very spacious and cute covered patio in front. I got the gelato and unfortunately I didn’t really like the texture. The flavor was good though! Will have to go back to try the food.

Visited this great little restaurant in Yaletown for brunch. It has a wonderful view w/options to sit indoor or "outdoor" on their heated covered patio. They didn't have any tables available indoors so we had to sit on the patio which wasn't too bad, it was hot & cold at times. We weren't offered blankets we found out they had them at the end of the meal when we overheard another server offering them to another party that was just seated. We were also told that we would be moved when an indoor table became available but when one became available they gave it to another party that came after us. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. That being said everything else was fabulous. We ordered the following: Lobster & Shrimp Benny - first of all talk about luxury! Lobster & Shrimp on Tomatoes & Spinach on a toasted Bagel. It was delicious. Everything was fresh & all the flavours worked really well together. Not to mention the eggs were cooked to our exact specifications. The side salad was refreshing & the dressing was wonderful. The crispy potatoes were cooked to perfection & had the perfect crunch. Duck Confit Benny - My Partner's pick & we did sharesies. This dish was really good as well but I'm biased as I'm a seafood lover. That being said the sauce on the Benny was delicious! It had a subtle sweetness to it & really tied the dish together. It also came with a wonderful salad & those delicious crispy potatoes. For our drinks we had Soy Milk Latte & Caramel Macchiato. Both were well prepared. The Caramel Macchiato is not your typical Macchiato you get at the chain "coffee" shops. It was just slightly larger then an espresso shot & was not sugary sweet at all. Last but not least, the complimentary bread, was to die for. Freshly baked & still steaming as it was brought to our table. Omgoodness talk about carb loading heaven! Overall this is a great little place, bonus we were able to visit during their 50% weekday brunch special. It's only for the month of February so I highly recommend taking advantage of that if you can. If not no worries, their prices are reasonable. We're looking forward to trying out their dinner in the near future. @inspiringfoodie
