There is nothing glamorous about this place, so if you want fancy it’s not for you… however, if you are into no fuss food, this place is for you! Their samosas are the best I’ve ever had, and every single dish I’ve tried has been heavenly. Home cooked, deliciousness, for a great price!
I wanted to give like zero but I had no option so gave one.I order pani puri and aloo grilled sandwich like an hour ago. Out of which I just received the pani puris. I called the restaurant the girl said I myself packed the order this can’t happen etc etc. Its not the first time this is happening they have never made my order correct still me being a fool continued ordering from them. Its better not to go there or order from there because they are not professional not even they pay attention to your order. Anyways they just put a pinch of potatoes in pani puris. It’s disgusting.
This place is worst. Never visit. 2 3 times I got the expired product and when I went to return them the person who was there was talking so rudely. Today I got one Ayurvedic medication and when I came home and open the bottle it was already opened from inside and was already half used. They only have expired products. Worst place in kingston.
My friend recommended me this store and when I visited it, I was surprised because in India also I was not getting this many different kind of Indian dishes and ingredients at one place. This is the best Indian grocery store I have ever visited
The best Indian food in Kingston, whether it's Vada Pav or Samosa or Bread Pakora or Chat. It is the best. I have tried food from other restaurants too but the quality, quantity and taste of Imperial Paan is beyond the expectations. This place is so good that even my family from Whitby and London loved it. Thank You so much Imperial paan. But I am really waiting for the day when you'll add south indian food in the menu.
I visited the restaurant a lot of times food quality and taste is really great but the guest attender girl one with the specs have a great attitude, she is a zero in customer service , she acts like she is giving a favour while taking the order , which is her job technically. She gave me the wrong food, and i am really disappointed from her customer service.
Just saw Om indian Bazar while driving n walked in. Got some good ready to eat mtr foods. Casually asked Nike if any indian resturant nearby. Bingo! It was just behind!! Imperial paan!! We had a thali Simply wonderful!! Simple home cooked veg food. The roti were freshly made...we felt so so nice!! Must visit. Warm n friendly Mr hardik n Nike. Specially met the chef who made the rotis. God bless you all! ld
I purchased multiple frozen items from the store recently ice cream, rasmalai. They all were spoiled from inside when I opened them at home. Very bad experience. The frozen foods are not properly kept in the store.
This place is really great I'm sorry I don't have pictures yet of anything the next trip we make there I'll get a photo of the goods ... this is where really great spices and masala spices can be found, they often update they're stock and carry good brand names from India of course like Nakita and Everest check this one out!
Worst store ever. Quality of the food is very bad. They use expired bread in there vadapav. Very bad customer experience. Not worth to spend even a single penny there. Got stomach ache after eating here. Never returning here
