I have just recently started going to this clinic to work with Dr. McKay. It has been a great experience. The staff at the clinic are friendly, and efficient. The environment is nice, and calm. I have enjoyed working with Dr. McKay. After a bad experience with a family doctor in the past, it has been nice to have my concerns taken seriously, and to have a physician who cares about her patients. Strongly recommend this clinic!

I have been going to this clinic for a cpl years now... I have 2 doctors who are amazing... thank you Dr. Herd and Dr. McKay... also the pharmacist Rob ..rocks! He is always checking to see how meds are working and how you are doing. The front staff has always been amazing with me. They do their best to get me appointments that works for me.. also, if I need a walk in they always put me with a Dr that follows my Dr lead ... thank you to all who work here for making my life better

We have been at this clinic several times and have had personable doctors that are patient and helpful. You are able to book day or evening appointments, which is very convenient for people with busy schedules. This is our go-to walk-in clinic because they have a pharmacy right beside reception. The pharmacist filled four prescription in 5 minutes on our last visit! The service and turn around time for the pharmacy makes it very convenient.

Since, moving back to Calgary from Germany I've been a client of this clinic and I've had nothing but positive experiences. I didn't have a family doctor as was assigned to Dr. Paul - amazing man. Always, had a great time talking to him. He has since moved to Edmonton and I've been so lucky to be assigned to Dr. McKay. I have the best time when I go and see her, even when I have to come in for a weight in. She is my family Doctor and my weight loss champion. There are times we just have a hoot in the room. Come out laughing. Best medicine ever :) I feel like she is vested in me and my success at losing weight and I couldn't make it down this path without her and her cheering me on. Front desk staff, great bunch of ladies. I've never had a problem getting in to see someone or getting through. Great staff and great doctors.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years now and I have never had a bad experience. If I can’t see my regular family doctor I will come as a walk in patient and the walk in doctors have been very empathetic and caring. The wait times can sometimes get a bit extreme if you are a walk in, but really it’s no different than any other walk in clinic.
