Nice clinic, friendly knowledgeable staff. Makes visit an enjoyable experience. I arrived an hour early and they were helpful getting me in before my appointment time. Much appreciated. The receptionist was polite & professional , the Nurse and Dr were helpful answered all my questions. I do recommend this clinic to friends and any person that asks me “Where can I go to obtain a medical card?” Please keep up the Great client service! Thank you, see you in 3 months.

Very informative answered all my questions. Went for my follow up appointment wanted info on starting to grow my own medical marijuana. The man I saw was named Bryant he was incredible answered my questions and helped me with the forms. The appointments are always pleasant very good staff that can answer all the questions you might want answers for. I'm so happy I went there for my license. They are the Best.

Had quite a problem booking for the first time. Booked in July, didn't get the appointment, got emails saying I could get in in late November. Went back on the website and was able to book a week out. They really need to be better organized. Will update after the appointment, if it happens this time.

Update: I've been coming here for almost a year now, and the practice improves each time I visit. The staff are patient and friendly, the doctors have all been very, very good in my time with them. I did have a bit of an issue initially booking, but they've improved booking since then quite a bit. I highly recommend going with this clinic.

I was referred to the clinic a few doors down for a consultation with a doctor prior to receiving my prescription - which was a mistake because I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. I left the appointment feeling hurt, unheard, and bossed around.
In hindsight I could tell the doctor was very stressed - the clinic is very booked up right now with referrals for medical cannabis - but that's no excuse for this doctor's behaviour: she had her back up from the get-go, and I don't feel like I ever had a chance for my questions to be properly respected or answered. She was terse, impersonal, defensive, and did not listen well at all. When I asked if medical cannabis was safe during pregnancy, she said no. I said "okay" and nodded. I thought the matter was settled (I was there for a professional consultation, after all), until she asked me a moment later if I was willing "to get rid of it" if I got pregnant. I was confused, but said no, I wasn't interested in an abortion, to which she replied "Well you're going to have to come back with your lawyer because you just told me you would use the marijuana if you were pregnant and I'll be liable." - I was SHOCKED. That wasn't what I said, or implied, in the slightest. But she kept repeating again and again that she would be liable. After 15 more minutes of the same terrible communication, and me spiralling into further and further confusion, I finally thanked her for her time and said I would take the prescription manufacturer's handout and think about it - but I certainly will NEVER be returning to either this dispensary or their doctors. I'm simply too hurt and upset with the whole experience for words.
Edit: The clinic did call me after seeing this review to try and set things right, which I respect - the lady I spoke to on the phone was respectful, courteous, and had impeccable manners. I've never had anyone do that before, so kudos to the clinic for going above and beyond and trying their best to rectify the situation. I'm still upset about my experience, so I'm going to give myself time to process. My recommendation is, if you can, wait to see a specialist at the cannabis clinic - don't accept a referral to a third-party clinic.

They want proper notice if you can’t make the appointment but give a patient only 3 hours. I have to drive an hour and a half to even come here. I was already in Calgary having supper before my appointment when they called to cancel. You can’t tell me that you didn’t know before 5 p.m that a doctor wouldn’t be in for a 8 p.m. appointment because you were only calling me at 5 p.m because your office was closing. The only vehicle I have is a pig on fuel and it cost me $30 in fuel that I already can’t afford. I had to book this time off from both of my jobs to drive to Calgary, both my employers make their schedules a month in advance. This appointment was also a re-book from the end of February, which I had to call 3 times before this to even get this appointment because they kept saying don’t worry you’re on the waiting list. Now my prescription is expiring in 3 days. I can’t afford to return until I get paid again and as well as being able to book off from both of my jobs. They don’t care about their patients at NHS, only the money they get for pumping out as many prescriptions as they can.
