I am so happy and grateful for this clinic. They treat their clients with dignity, respect, and kindness, with friendly and very helpful staff at the front desk, from the assessment people to the kinesiologists and physiotherapists, who are all knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone, specially Michael And Ruby! You're doing an excellent Job and more power!

Suchi has been wonderful. She explained everything as she worked on my effected area and why she was doing the movements. She also explained the purpose of each exercise she wanted me to do at home. After one week I could feel positive results. She is very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend CBI. The office staff are pleasant and space is clean and well kept.

Coming to CBI has been the best healing journey! My pain was such that even walking was painful. I didn’t believe i could get better. However, under the knowledgeable care of the kinesiologist and physiotherapist i have made so much progress in one month! My pain is more manageable. The staff is the best part of my experience— they are so friendly and caring and know not to work you too hard but enough to get real results. The staff is so good at explaining, encouraging and motivating. The frontline staff that check you in each day are always smiling and friendly and sre a big factor in creating a pleasant and welcoming experience. My experience at CBI has put the spark back into my life. A great big shout out to everyone at CBI!

Cathy and Marjorie have been great to deal with at the clinic. If I ever need to change an appt, they are very accommodating. Marjorie is a very knowledgeable therapist and caring too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Great staff and easy to schedule appointments with front desk personal. My Physiotherapist Margerie-anne does great work and takes her time to make sure I am getting the treatment I need. Thanks CBI for the great experience. David

Wonderful staff at Sunpark. Suchi has been taking great care of me. The overall atmosphere of CBI is so positive and supportive. From the greeting to the care by far the most positive experience I have been through with health care.

In a just world this clinic would be held accountable for negligence and I would get some sort of compensation for how I was treated. The program they put me on injured me more I have been unable to return to work for almost a year after leaving this clinic. They didn’t listen when I told them I was having issues with the program. I was rushed only 30 minutes per appointment. Can’t be any more disappointed how they prioritized their goals over my recovery. I spoke with the therapists and felt unheard. I tried talking to the clinic director and she disregarded my experience. I spoke with the national director for client experience and she was really great. She explained I was an odd case that fell through the cracks, and that she can use my experience as a training example of what can go wrong when clinic staff priorities are not aligned properly to the patients. I feel better having some closure speaking with her, but I feel like I was indirectly abused as I trusted the therapists and process and felt as though I was mistreated and kicked to the curb. Never would I ever recommend CBI. Both times I went to Panther one of CBIs new partners they told me right away that they are unhappy that cbi prioritizes profit over patient. Sounds pretty bad to me. Response to owner: I did email my feedback and no one got back to me, not even a response. It wasn't until I sent a second feedback through the main CBI website did someone get back to me.

Staff are great . Helping me get back to work and back to boxing . Strengthening my injury . They know there stuff .

My physio helped me rehab my low back. I was in pain and they took good care of me, treated me well and challenged me in my exercises. Thank you.
