Friends and Family Dental Health

Although I had difficulty getting a response from the office to book an appointment....I have new found respect for the Friends and Family team for their immediate investigation into this problem! As always, there is a whole team effort put forth to provide a positive, safe, caring, environment for all patients. Each patient is truly valued and this experience definitely confirmed their loyalty. I have always trusted Dr Ma and his team for their honesty and quality of work!

I was a patient of Lorne's (previous owner and dentist) for over 20 years and was devastated when he left. However, after a few visits in the last couple of years I have come to appreciate the staff and Dr. Ma. Just had a cavity I needed to take care of. I had some nervousness and questions. Dr Ma was patient, calming and was fast to get this procedure done. He never made me feel nervous or rushed. Appointments are on time. Staff friendly and helpful. Thank you team!!

We have been going to Dr. Ma at Friends and Family Dental for the past few years and have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Ma and his staff always provide a positive, friendly atmosphere and they are always a pleasure to talk to on the phone and hang out with while you are there. They are also extremely professional and make sure to explain everything to you so you know what is going on. I recommend them to everyone :)

Always an excellent experience. The hygienist was amazing, so friendly and she made sure I was having the best possible experience while doing my exam and cleaning. Top notch all around. Love that place!

I have been going to Friends and Family Dental for close to 20 years now. I used to see Dr. Wasylucha when he was still there, but since Dr. Ma took over his practice I've had nothing but a pleasant experience! The staff are friendly and helpful and Dr. Ma is very knowledgable and caring. Him and his dental assistants always make me feel so comfortable and he truly cares about his patients health. Definitely recommend!
