I read the reviews of this clinic before I came as a walk-in patient. Firstly, the lady at the front receptionist was warm, receptive and professional. The wait time was minimal and I was assigned to Dr. Aladi. I found her to be very knowledgeable and efficient with the time we spent together. She took care of my issues and formulated a long-term plan for my future care. So my experience was very pleasant and I am very pleased with my visit. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
It was my worst experience. I took my sick kid for walk in. We were waiting in the room for about 10 min. I could hear someone talking with speaker for about 5 min outside. Then the doctor came inside room with his phone and keep talking with his car insurance company for another 5 min. And he check my daughter just for 2 min. The doctor didn't ware mask even. I
Dr. Robert Dikeukwu and the front staff at this clinic are top notch. The front staff have been polite and helpful on 100% of my visits no matter what time of day or day of the week even if they are overwhelmed with walk-ins. One staff member in particular is very gracious. Have I had long waits before? Yes, and that is not unique to Health Watch by any means. They are also on the other hand the only clinic I have ever been to where I instantly get in as a walk-in , and the only clinic I have had my appointment right on time. Dr. Dikeukwu in every transaction I have had with him is attentive; asks lots of questions, provides insight and knowledge. He is relaxed and personable and does not rush. I have only been going to this clinic for 4 months since we moved but have had a few different health concerns that have brought me to the doctor more in the last few months than I have went in the last 10 years. I am very happy with this clinic. They are doing a great job.
We are quite surprised to read some of the other reviews. This is BY FAR the best medical office my family has been to. Some context, we just moved from Toronto where the medical offices are BAD, and you wait on average 1 hour before anyone sees you anywhere, and service is generally poor.. At this clinic, they ALWAYS answer the phone, the front desk staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. And the doctors are amazing! We’ve been with Dr Robert Dikweku a short time, but already appreciate his genuine care, listening ear, calming demeanour and advice. A++ to this place!!!
I didn’t have a good experience with Dr. Aladi. I came in because I found out I was pregnant and was looking for a doctor. When she walked in the room she just asked me what was wrong with me. I responded nothings wrong that I’m pregnant and need a doctor. With her back turned she just says congratulations in the most monotone voice and gets straight to asking me when my last period was. She gave me lab work to get done and that was it. No conversation, just straight to the point. The impression that she gave me was that if I had questions or concerns it wouldn’t be easy to ask her. I did not feel comfortable having her as my doctor and that is why i went elsewhere.
Went in for extreme and sudden vertigo. Told the doctor repeatedly that I had pain and blockage in my ear and a long history of ear and sinus problems. He was dismissive, rude, either ignored me or told me I was wrong. Barely checked my ears, told me my problem was ear crystals and would clear up in a few days. I told him I had experienced ear crystals before and this was something completely different. He again dismissed me and told me to go home. I ended up having a sinus infection and needed antibiotics, ear drops and nasal spray. Something the ER doctor figured out right away and my regular GP confirmed when I was able to see her. Absolutely 100% do not reccomend going here. If the doctor had listened to me at all I could have saved myself a 12 hour trip to the ER and been on antibiotics much sooner.
I’ve just called this clinic, they are refusing to help my child. I just spent 2 hours on the phone this morning with 811 due to my autistic 2 year old being exposed to someone with shingles. He now has chicken pox and having a hard time. The nurse said he HAS to be seen, and with being extremely contagious he should avoid the ER. I have called 4 walk in clinics and all of them say they won’t accept him and the dr at this clinic said “just make sure he’s eating and drinking” refuses to acknowledge we have other children at home and have been around and exposed to many other children under the age of 1. How gross can you be not to help a child and leave me with no where as an option to go !
waited for a few months for the renewal form, called bunch of times to follow up, finally they faxed out the form , ended with missing information, still waiting and phone calls put me on hold for ever! while on hold, i used another phone to call and connected right away ! amazing! they just picked whoever they liked to talk and avoid problem solving by ignoring you on hold until closing time @4, how smart! very poor receptionist and management, family dr is the only reason for stay, no idea how far i can tolerate!
Worst clinic in history! Sadly no 0 stars possible... You need to pay for prescription letter $50, excuse me? They love putting you on hold for 10 minutes just so you can listen to all there services they offer... This Clinic only cares about one thing, your money in there pockets.... Don't waist your time and go find something else.
What a horrible horrible clinic. My mom went in as a walk in after they told her to as they no appointments - she waited 1 hours. the docs saw her regarding her eyes. Gave her eye drops told her she was allergic and didn’t even say to what. And then when she told them my back hurts. Dr. Dikeukwu told her he has no time for her, that it was already 6 o‘clock. Then why are u taking in walk in when u cannot accommodate then told her to take Advil which she has for 2 weeks. If you cannot be a proper doctor to care for ur patients properly why bother at all going in that field? I am very disappointed to be honestly, don’t bother going to this place, not unless ur willing to wait an hour even with an appointment.
