Humpty's

Went there for my birthday. I always love Humptys because it's one of those places that everyone can agree on. Personally I like the crab eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce. So amazing! The staff are also great and keep you coffee filled all the time. This location could probably use a bit of updating, but it's always a great experience. Highly recommended. Great value.

Okay, so my family and I have gone to humpty’s twice in the last week or so. On the first visit, I ordered the scotch eggs, presentation was absurd, scotch eggs are NOT eggs bloody benedictions, so no hollandaise, no ham and no English muffins! The eggs themselves were extremely rubbery, yes I know they are hard boiled eggs, but they should not have been rubbery. On the second visit, the girlfriends and my dishes came out relatively quick, mum’s on the other hand did not. She asked for it to come out with me soup, it did not. Then it wasn’t how she asked. Plus the service the second time was abysmal to put it nicely. Humpty’s need to invest in properly trained cooks and servers, I’ve never been so disappointed in a place before.

It doesn't deserve even a star , cold staff from the entrance we felt uncomfortable, the food was poor for a. Breakfast, the pancake like rubber and so industrial, just to sum up, DON'T GO THERE !
